Things you'd want to hear NPCs say

Although, the replacement line about "old Neil" should probably have been "Tielekku" instead of "Ventiir."

Ah, but the matter here is instead the context. Baako and Ventiir are both "happy" members of the Banished Pantheon group. Tielekku actively and openly disproves of that Pantheon, and was apparently the one who banished them!
Thus, in the context of the song, where Neil Young disproved of the racism and conduct he saw rampant in the south u.s. and wrote two songs stating as much . . . Tielekku was none-too-pleased with that Pantheon, and likely isn't too happy about Dark Astoria's current state either.

For the revised song's sake, I propose:
Well I heard miss Tielekku sing about us
Well, I heard ole 'lekku put us down
Well, I hope Tielekku will remember
A graveyard man don't need her around anyhow

I'd really like Dr. Aeon to do a riff on Dr. Insano.

Any time you rescue Melanie Haber and Betty Jo Bialosky, that they say something about how you may have known her as Nancy or Susan Underhill. I do give props though, that the mission dialog with the detective does usually say something about "you may have known her as Nancy".
