I'd like the ability to put cape patterns on shields again. This was broken, or perhaps removed, with i17's release and has never been changed back.

At one time you could have single shoulder and high collar versions of the valkyrie, arachnos, and coh dvd collectors editions capes but now that is no longer possible. You can still have the high collar valkyrie but not the single shoulder version. Please restore this as I'm not sure why this feature was taken away. I do not have screenshots to prove this, only my memory and the memory of a friend that once used it.
Friends don't let friends buy an ncsoft controlled project.
Yep, the Valkyrie cape used to be available in a single shoulder version. I remember bug reporting it when it went away.

The one thing that I have noticed and had taken away from me as an option!
My poor friend lost her one shoulder valkyrie cape costume when she visited the tailor and (foolishly) made a change without noticing the cape had been removed...
So, yes, please... Return the One Shoulder Valkyrie option either to the normal Valkyrie options or to the unlocked One Shoulder options... either way.
My friend requests that I say, "give it back".

I never saw this NPC, never played that arc.
We need this! Belt, tops and boots. They are awesome! Dont even try in demand the waist cape, but the rest of pieces must be for players.
This is so frustrating... Why we never get the cool pieces? 
We have plenty similar tights, exoproto, enforcer, ulterior, and the new ones coming with GR that look very similar, but never THIS.
Allow us to have them, even if the boots or belt cant go with some skirts.
While it is an 'unfulfilled promise' rather than 'lost costume piece', I think this is the best 'all things' thread for it.
The Halo costume auras (more info here) were originally supposed to be color tintable. They still have an active color picker in the costume editor (single color). But it does not work.
1. Please fix these costume pieces to work like they were supposed to.
2. It would also be nice if there was a way (recipe drop? merit vendors?) to get these at all times of the year.
I do not suffer from altitis, I enjoy every character of it.

While reading this... and because I am currently medicated to a lovely degree, it occured to me...
If we a playerbase would be happy with a "limited" selection non-color customizeable backpack options, they could be put into the game via temp powers sold at a new vendor in ICON?Facemaker... absolutely no effect, no endurance, toggle or click with extremely long duration.
This could be a temporary option or possibly perm if we are satisfied with content, and easy to upgrade art for to keep fresh... and allow for an additional free point.

Not lost so much as just plain 'missing'
Helmets.
Full helmets to be precise. No, not the helmets themselves...
The options.
The new super booster added the bio-armor horns in, this is good. However... That's the first new part since I5.
Helmets are currently separated into three parts.
Detail 1: 12 parts, Mostly items that stick onto the side of the head with the exception of five that stick onto the forehead/top
Detail 2: 31 parts. One sticks on forehead (Antennae) Two stick to the side (Wings), Horns stick to top of the head while the rest are eye options.
Detail 3: 6 parts. All go around the mouth. (The lowest number of parts for any head option baring beast, no logical reason why there are so few when there are 20+ options that can go there)
Medieval helm only have one option. It has 28 parts. All horns.
These are very (As pointed out) sparely decorated. While lots of 'ear like' parts (Sat-Com, side scoops, etc.) there isn't anywhere to put them that doesn't take up a 'slot' so to speak. A nicer way to do it might be:
Upper: (Horns, parts that rest on top of the helmet/forehead)
Eyes: (Goggles, visors, eye pieces.)
Lower: (Breathers, mouth parts.)
Sides: (Sat-com, wings, ear pieces.)
Where the other options for the head (Barring beast, for being beasty) have so many options, it's strange that full helmets are missing so, so much and have been looked over being updated these parts as time's gone on.
2 combinations that don't seem to be possible atm
Legs Armor + Thigh Boots
Clipping was very much wanted for this, espec. with the old legacy thighs to cover the rim on the armor.
Legs Armor + Witch kneehigh boots
At the moment we can only use the long Witch boots together with Leg Armor and the top end is clipping with the armor.
I would like to see Witch kneehigh boots for all leg options btw, they look better than the ones with wings for *casual* outfits.

I have a demand from bottoms skin:
I wish we got new fishnets using the same texture here in the pic of the top heart plus from the Wedding pack. Would mix better with those tops, those plus version are lacking matching boots and gloves, so it would be cool if we have a few more plain options to mix with in the bottoms skin section, the old ones doesnt have texture and look a bit old.
The high boots will be awesome also.
Not sure if this is a "Lost" costume piece, but one of the "suit" pieces, I think the double breasted blazer has a pinstripe texture and as far as I can see, there are no corresponding matching sleeves.
I vaguely remember having some trouble finding it, but can't remember how I did. It may not be under "Blazer Sleeves", but "Suit" or something like that.
EDIT: Hmmm...looking it up, I'm finding Pin Stripe options under both Blazer Sleeves and Blazer w/Cufflinks Sleeves (the latter being the one I chose for the Crimson Myst above). Maybe it was a different suit? Or possibly you didn't check under the second option bar, thinking only the one type was there?
