Actually Eric is a great guy who I've known for years, and I'm really happy to be working with him. He's done great things for the studio, and I'm sure you will all be excited to get to know him more.
As to the 5th Meet and Greet, this is not the announcement you are looking for. Please move along. This is just an exciting opportunity we were presented with and we decided to take on in addition to the other things going on this year. With something like this in our back yard, and with Mercedes who is such a great person to work with how could we pass this up?
We'll be announcing the 5th Meet and Greet location shortly, keep you eyes peeled!

I clicked on the link to Mercedes Lackey's website. I have read a few of her books and she is a terrific writer. However, I find it interesting that an author well known for writing Fantasy novels is playing a Superhero game when there are so many Fantasy games out there. . . .

Well, they don't sell tickets they sell memberships. 45 dollars for one day and to hear them not answer questions about the game seems to me like a big waste of time.

Come on! It's an EXTRA convention at least. It's not even the 5th convention they have promised.
If it doesn't fit your schedule or location - who cares? At least they may entice a few extra people to check out the game, which can only be good for all of us.
As for the price complaint, I can almost see your point except that price is so you can see ALL the exhibits, not just one.
Will the store be at BayCon?

You completely missed my point though (purposely I think) so I will restate it:
IT IS AN EXTRA CONVENTION THEY ARE ATTENDING AND THAT CAN ONLY HELP GET MORE PLAYERS INTO THIS GAME.
Try not to get so offended though CLUE, your point was acknowledged, just not agreed with.

When Guest Author Mercedes Lackey told us that it would be a shame if we missed a Science Fiction Convention being held in our own backyard, we knew that we just had to make an appearance at BayCon 2010. So were putting on our walking boots and heading to San Jose to check out the event and talk about City of Heroes®.
Well be reprising our panel Re-Inventing A Super-Heroic MMO at 4PM Saturday, May 29th and this time Mercedes herself will be joining Matt "Positron"Miller, Vince "Dark Watcher" D'Amelio, Art Producer Eric Johnsen, and Eric TheOcho Cleaver.
If youre planning on attending the show, come on over and meet us in person!
