To both my fellow players and the wonderful people at NCSoft.
I, too, would like to wish everyone a Happy 6th Anniversary.
The first hero I created on June 26th, 2007 was named Event Horizon Man. While he looked very dorky when compared to his current costume today, playing this hero has allowed me to meet many wonderful people and to experience the magic and fun of my first online multiplayer game. It has been nothing but a fun ride.
I can't wait to see what the next six years will bring. Going Rogue looks very promising and the ultra graphics mode is amazing!

Here's to 6 glorious years of TFs, costume contests, doom, features coming "soon", a great online community and the devs evolving the game, and hopefully for another 6 more years of fun to come.

Happy Sixth Anniversary, City of Heroes!
I write about MMORPGs for Examiner.com and MMOSite, and I've put together some CoH anniversary-themed articles here and here if anyone would care to check them out. One of 'em has some quotes from some familiar forumites, and a link to an interview I did with a former player that's actually a great advertisement for playing this game.
City of Heroes has a bright future ahead, and I'm glad to have been here for almost the entire last six years.

Indeed, happy 6th Anniversary COH! It's been a wild ride with ups and downs and more remakes of my main than I can keep track of. (I blame the devs for bringing out new, cool stuff that I want to reroll him into :P ) Here's to many more years of arresting bad guys in Paragon City!

"City Of" was only my second MMO (SWG was the first). When I first joined, about three years ago (who's counting?), I played a little bit, thought it was merely okay, but other concerns distracted me too much for me to really get into it. A few months later, I decided to give it another try... and I'm glad I did. Been hooked ever since.
I've met loads of cool people, seen lots of cool places in the game, discovered the Joy Of Alt-itits , laughed at the creativity of the devs, and generally had a blast along the way.
Wish I could have been there from the beginning...

Happy 6th everyone! According to the interwebs 6th anniversary = gifts of candy or iron! I propose a giant, iron piece of candy...perhaps pie or cookie flavored depending on your proclivities.

I want to wish you all a happy 6th Anniversary, To the Derv and Players alike, With out this game i won't have alot of Good friends. If wasn't for this game, I won't have met Philly Girl, who is like a older Sister that keep me out of trouble. Also i want to say i met a good friend that like a younger brother, that i try not so well to keep him out of trouble Zephyr Deathblade. Also my Friends Allastor Darkflame, Atomic Star and Ponk Who are also like family to me, Well any way i want to tell the Derv THX for making a cool Social Game. I never could play with other people like in other Loot base games. Most games i spend the time playing alone, but with Coh i never have that Issue, Looking forward to !17 and Going Rogue, keep on Rocking.
Never play another NcSoft game, If you feel pride for our game, then it as well, I Superratz am Proud of all of you Coh people, Love, Friendship will last for a lifetime.
