Wait... which War Witch is this? We already know about two of them... the ones in Croatoa and Pocket D... perhaps this War Witch is yet another one.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the reason for the sudden proliferation in villainous rednames as our developers (Dr. Aeon, The Television, Black Scorpion) is because War Witch's true allegiance is making itself known.
And it was even caught on film in an OFFICIAL trailer!

Yep, as early as 2006, our intrepid leader is clearly visible in Grandville (starting at 0:59), fighting alongside villains (and she OBVIOUSLY isn't on the Statesman Task Force - so much for that excuse).
