I'm on record as saying the whole system is stupid. If you have a positive comment worth saying, then say it in public. If you don't have something worthwhile to say - don't say it. I agree with your later posts that were user names appended to rep comments it would go a long way to fixing the "cowards charter" that we currently have in place.

It was amusing when you could see your comments and what you got rep for. It was particularly hilarious when you got + and - rep for the same post.

I had a post that, more or less, called for a OMG huge nerfing to defense caps that would've ended the ability of squishies to soft cap defense ...
And no one but Castle seems to have read it.
If a better-known poster (possibly with a recognizable avatar) had thrown that idea out there, I'm pretty sure the clicks would've been flying.
I don't understand why things get repped the way they do.
I think it's funny when people get all butt hurt over their rep. Keep in mind I'm not accusing anyone particular of this.
I would like to issue a plea on behalf of Paragon's diminutive protectors, please watch where you step. We're four feet tall in a six foot tall world, we've been cast adrift in a sea of butts. -Pillbug

I like rep because it gives you a way to compliment some one's post or let them know they're being an giant turd with out disrupting the thread.

Thanks to @EnsonsDeath for the GVE code that made me VIP again!
I could care less for the Rep system myself, though I am sure I got Half a Dozen -rep for my post backing up Manga with her Win7 isn't ready for CoH post, but then again I havnt checked and could care less. BTW I am very Happy with the Actual Windows 7 Compared to RC and Beta and how it works with CoH, very happy indead! LoLz

I care so little about rep. That until I read this post, I hadn't even noticed that I was back down to a single green and trying to figure out what I got negative rep from... yeah too much clicking around on stuff seeing "This post has no rep" to care anymore.
