all i want is the roman armor. I'd pay 100 dollars fee for it if it was on all my characters.

If you're that keen to get it, then you should think about using some of you next available free time to go for the ITF during the daytime.

I never have any or ever will. I have a serious job with serious hours heh. Seriously. It's never going to change, ever. I rather just pay the money.

S'okay. Everyone is nervous their first time.

I don't know if I would be ticked off (I might be) but I will definitely be very disappointed.

total kick to the gut

This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.

I wouldn't mind if they would sell a costume pack with the unlockables in it.

Not gonna happen. He's too stuck up to make other characters or try other servers.

Saying they're "zone events" does make it sound kinda team based, but until they actually say how the events work, it's hard to say what we'll have to do.
So far, the only major endgame stuff we have in the game are the Hamidon and Mothership raids, plus the STF, ITF, BTF and LGTF.
All of the current zone events are also aimed more at teams if you're doing them at the level they're set at.
There's also the new Winter Lord mini-raid, which was sort of a zone events, but also sort on instanced raid too.

But as all the new Incarnate zone events are taking place in Praetoria, it's quite posisble that they willbe linked to the Praetorian lore, so disasters/raids/big battles mightn't be involved, as that would kinda go against Tyrant's peaceful ""utopia"

Ok, think of it like this - when you have a day off, and you need to go to the store and buy something, you do that, right? You don't spend every second of your free time with your freinds and family?
So think of doing a daytime ITF as like going to the store - there's something you want to get, so you spend a bit of your free time getting it.
ITFs are often donenin about an hour or a little more - sometimes 45 minutes if the team is very well balanced - and you can do it even faster if you're on a dedicated speed run team.

3 - I'm happy with my superheroic self - so I don't want or need alts - so in my opinion, that's right

Unfortunately for BloodFairy, it sounds to me like it's a bit more complicated than that. For instance, some of us have spouses/parents/significant others that simply can't fathom why you would spend time and money on such an obvious waste of time. So rather than have that argument again you confine your playtime to a schedule that minimizes the potential for conflict. Combine that with her work schedule. Working until 2AM means that you're headed to work about the time everyone else is getting home. So while most of us get some family time over breakfast or dinner, or after the kids finish homework, the only time you'd get to spend with them is on your days off. If she's gonna go to the store on one of those days, chances are the family goes together. It's not as fun as, say, playing in the park or catching a Mets game, but at least you're together.

Not that I have any personal experience to draw from or anything. <.< >.>

Anyway, BloodFairy, hope you can find a team for it. If I had anything other than a couple of placeholders on Triumph I'd come help.

Hey yeah I am at work now. My job doesn't afford me much time and I have to travel to see my family so gaming is something I can't do when I have days off. So buying all the current and future costume pieces (and the money would help development anyway, which is a good thing) is the only true option I have.

((Sorry for the late arrival.))

However, if we have to travel to the Well of the Furies and become an incarnate by drinking the waters there, as Statesman and Lord Recluse did, thereby changing our origin, what is the impact on all of our slotted enhancements (IOs excluded)?

Not sure - maybe there'd be Incarnate enhancmeents to unlock to replace them?

I really hope that isn't the case, unless we get complete Incarnate IO sets for every power that include the same or better bonus's that my normal IO's have.

I played a long time to earn all the IO's I have on my Toons. I'd rather not have them obsolete.
