What will be your secondary to go with Demon/ ?
Depends entirely on what powers the pets themselves have. Traps, Dark, and Storm top my list though.

Poison.
The reason being that the only available MM secondaries I haven't tried in some form are Traps, Trick Arrow, Poison, and Pain. Of those, Poison is the one I'm most interested in.
For pure "messing around", Demon/Thermal.
It really depends on how the set works out before I commit to a definite secondary, but probably Dark or Traps. Dark is just a fun, versatile secondary, and I'm starting to get into Traps now that my Merc is hitting SO-levels.
Was going to do Demon/Therm, but since I recently rolled a Bots/Pain who is now already 50, I'm instead going to opt for Demon/Poison.

I'd like to know a little bit more about Demons before deciding on what I'll pair with them. Are they (comparitively) tough? Do they need babysitting? Storm, TA and Thermal are the only secondaries I haven't taken to 50 on a MM (though I have on other ATs). Right now, I'm leaning very heavily to Storm.

no question: Pain. i've never played Pain and the other choices i would go with, Dark and Poison, i'm already playing.
Thermal is an intriguing possibility, but i think i'm most allured by Pain and it strikes me a nice thematic matchup i'd like to explore.
I'm aiming for thermal, cuz really, flaming demons just sounds so cool.
If Demons will be primarily melee, then Demons/Pain is what I'm rolling. Ninjas/Pain was surprisingly durable and powerful, but throw in some exotic damage and kick-*** pet models and you've got yourself a deal.
Runner-up would be Demons/Traps. If only for the inside joke.
Thermal is the one MM type I haven't rolled, so I am looking at that. However it all depends on how the demons look, their powers and durabilitiy.
I'm considering /Storm and/or /Thermal. With /Traps I already have a concept for a heroic Demon MM.

im either gonna do trap or trick arrow (never used trap on a mm, and trick arrow bombed with thugs)
depending on if the demons can heal each other like bots or mercs ill go either trap or trick arrow

I also favor traps because it gives you a "recharge intensive pet" if you take the right powers, so you get access to the procs. Storm and Dark would do the same, but I already have a good /Storm toon, and /Dark is Desdemona's set. (Don't want to copy her.)
I'm going with /Therm if only because Demon/ seems to be heavily fire themed and I am a colossal sucker for concept. /Therm's buffy nature helps too, of course.

I'm leaning towards /traps because it's always been my favorite MM secondary, but depending on the exact powers and protections of the various demons I'd also consider thermal, pain and ff.
I will not rest until we have in-game throwable pies!
/thermal or /pain here. I would follow that up with poison. I like the power sets and look forward to trying them with demonds.

Probably dark, since I'm most familiar with it, and will be wanting to concentrate on the demon's, not learning a new secondary as well.

So, now I'm checking this out on wiki. Fluffy, Soul Extraction, and even one of the Storm Pets (Lightning Storm) all show up as not counting for "recharge intensive pet". This is so demoralizing... ;-(

I'm most likely going Storm. I predict lots of Dark or Pain will top the list, then Storm or Traps, and so on
