I'd just like to say that I enjoy seeing features on these lists that haven't been mentioned or hinted at. It's nice to still be surprised about things being added, with all the speculation and people desperate for hints and information about upcoming things. Thank you Devs, for keeping us on our toes.

I have pastiche toons in the old "bunny outfits" these will look great on.
Ambivalent about the new Posi TF. Hopefully it remains 66 Merits and doesn't get decreased to 40-42, it's still a massive slog even with the new addons (haven't seen them but...).
Great to hear about the Silver Mantis TF and Market engine improvements yay!
Also, did I hear we could now do our own inf transfers? Oooh same server transfers, not a bad start. Wish I could do them across servers though, maybe later?

Would rather have new task forces... could care less about updating old ones. 8 missions is weak IMO, for a content update. When they said content update, I was thinking like 5 or 10 levels of content. |

Craftable Temporary Powers: You will now have a much cleaner and more consistent way of finding and crafting temporary powers.
Increased Mission Count: You can now have seven active missions (previously three).
Show Last Objective: This UI improvement lets you find your last objective on a mission map, making it easier to find something you've missed.
Auction House: The UI gives you new options for sorting search results, your Auction House inventory is now separated by clearly marked tabs based on the item's status, the Auction House text entry box now autocompletes, and a single click on a recipe displays all salvage needed for that recipe.
In-Game E-mail: You can now use in-game e-mails to send Influence/Infamy to your own characters or to other players' characters via in-game e-mails. (You still cannot send Influence, Infamy, or items from a Hero to a Villain or vice versa.)

The Posi TF revamp is interesting. I'd like to take that as a sign that more of the older blueside content is going to get the redo it needs.
All told it looks pretty good for what I imagine a lot of people were expecting to be a filler issue.

ZM, Most of this games quality Improvements are stuff other games have had for forever... So, QoL that they may be... They are also nothing new to many people who have wondered why this game constantly is in the dark ages.
Positron may not herald much. It was absolutely the worst introduction to Task Forces one could imagine. That it took six years to fix is surprising to me. I know the devs like to look forward, but this TF was painful.

Oddly enough I now feel a real craving to do it at least once before the revamp goes live, just to say I have, and see if it's really as horrible as everyone says it is.
Posi's task force was the first I ever did. It took 6 hours. By some miracle, it was a PUG of people that had never met each other and we managed to all stay in the group and enthusiastic the whole time.
It was my first time, and I thought it was meant to be rough. Took me a long time to realize that Task Forces are intended to be 1-2 hours with a tight-knit group of friends.
All this looks pretty good. This looks like one of those long-awaited "quality of life" issues that everyone talks about periodically.
The most interesting, though not necessarily surprising, thing to me is that the new enemies appear to be levels 20-30. This is fine with me, although it's getting hard to do everything I want to do on a character in the 20's, which makes me vary my leveling route with each one, while my upper-30's and low-40's characters end up repeating the same stuff each time through. The devs seem to like making content for that level range. I wonder if there are a lot of characters in that range, and that's why? |

I read these features, and I feel that old familiar sensation. I think I want to play this game again.
When the new features come out at least. Not before. Well, maybe a little. Hmmm.

You're disappointed because somehow you got it in your head that i17 would be a massive update. However, other folks with more reasonable expectations are quite excited.

Vill SFs may be less merits but there is something they have that the vast majority of TFs don't. They're fun.
Don't really use the MA at all but...I'm glad you can add GMs now. Hopefully you can add Lusca....since I had an idea in mind for her in one of my missions/arcs. Can't wait to test it out! |

Very nice pre-expansion content and QoL stuff, even if it isn't zomg teh humungous, it is still very nice.
And having new foes to face is always fun.
