BMT Redside
Not putting down your channel, but I'm just wondering if the need for yet another channel is really there. Is splitting up the people even more really a good thing, when you're trying to find teams?
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Especially a channel where everyone and their mother is an operator.
@Celestial Lord and @Celestial Lord Too
No kidding. This falls under "Why?".
And if its red-side, shouldnt it be BMS (Badges, Monsters, and Strikeforces)?
I've got enough globals channels already that work just fine for recruiting both sides. This just hurts the existing channels, including United.

The only reason it's called 'BMT' is because the channel existed before Strike Forces. Anyone who's in the aforementioned channel can clearly see that Redside teams and Strike Forces are allowed and advertised in it.
But good luck all the same with your channel.
P.S. Is this really necessary over what happened?

Good luck with the channel. Been tried and failed before. I think it is better to have blue and red side channels, that way someone playing blue side can see a red side team starting and choose to switch. I think villain channels are self defeating because you get an even smaller population listening.
Anyway, hope you prove me wrong and it is a huge success.

Just give me a basic info.. Don't point fingers or any of that..
AGAIN: I'm not trying to kick something up, I hate drama. In fact, PM me in game or on the boards..
Not to kick a dead horse, but would someone fill me in..

Jesus, can people not create channels without having to compare themselves to the "other" channel?
Thank you, Champion.
Rules, Structure, Moderation. Are GOOD things. Just another reason why BMT is better than the rest. Creating more channels that don't have any of those three isn't an answer or a solution.

Also, like was already said, I think it's useful to have redside and blueside players in the same channel to promote things on both sides so people can switch over.

Not adding fuel to the fire, but just wanted to add a few things #1 Not my Channel, just promoting something for folks on the redside. So yes it could have been "BMS". #2 Since everyone likes drama, i'll just say this since some people like to make assumptions and have already made their opinions based on "What they heard", this channel was created way before I joined it and has nothing to do with any situation or event that may have happened. #3 I just want to have fun and play the game with no drama.
If you have any questions or concerns send me a tell or email and not on the boards. Thanks for your opinions.

Well having been a member of BMT Red for some time now. I'll simply say this, I do see more traffic for the villains over there than what comes across on BMT. I see SF's formed and ppl getting answers to their questions, it is helpful, and there is a lot less drama on that channel lately. As for BMT, is serves both sides but has a more hero focus, I don't see alot of villain activity on there.
Rules are enforced and rules in most cases are a good thing, however they can be taken too far when they are dependant upon an OP's particular mood that day. Not speaking of any one OP in particular, but some days things are ok to say and do and then another day you will get silenced for it. PPL walk on egg shells when some OP's are on and then it's all out chaos with others. I have nothing against rules, but be consistant with them.
As far as all the ppl that posted here with ASSumptions and so on, well that just goes to show that ASSuming makes an *** outta you. Just because someone is trying to help another persons channel get off the ground, trying to draw attention to something that could potentially help champions villain side be more efficient, doesn't mean they were in any way snubbing the pre existing channels. One thing had nothing to do with the other, I know because we were members of BMT red long before any disagreement in the other channel.
I am a member of many channels and in my opinion each serves a purpose and I look at it like each channel is another opportunity or avenue to accomplish something. The more you have, the more likely you are to get the job done. Each has a different member list and you open yourself up to more ppl and potentially more friends and great teams in the end.

My two cents: BMT of Champion is not better channel! That why a demand of better channel was created ( Champion United). I guess players still use both BMT and United thats cool. I wasn't a big fan of there being a BMT-RedSide since they were already two active channels on champion. Having more channels is not really a good thing. I got invited and I would support it and help the red-side with any assistance. There really shouldn't be reason why to back talk the channel. Let the red-side do there own little thing how they see fits. Most you guys though Champion United wouldn't launch actively like BMT.. but look at it now. Its used for several ways. I SUPPORT THE CHANNEL!
1 mistake of the channel is promoting everyone to admin... all take is one a**hole to kick everyone or abuse it power... so rerange that pick few people that on oftenly and trust worthy.

Has Champion really gotten so bad we have to bicker over a channel? Don't like it, don't join and Don't brow beat someone for trying to promote a channel to keep the server up and going for the more villianesque players.

Putting the drama portion of this thread aside, I signed up for it - anything to help redside teaming is all good for me!
I'm not a full member of the cool kids club so I don't have the amount of teaming options or magic chat channels that others do so if this helps promote redside teaming, so be it!

Hey guys just wanted to send a shout out promoting BMT Redside. Just like Champions United its free speech there, No one will tell you what you can or can't say based on that person's opinion and most of all its another way for awesome teamage especially on the Redside. In addition also very important means of communication with the arrival of Going Rogue coming fast. It started out to be a small channel with maybe 12-15 people on at a time but it's growing with the last count at 70 last night. Looking forward to seeing you guys there, thanks!
