I kind of doubt it would be a good idea to slow down my system by running in this so-called Ultra-mode could handle it - I'm guessing it can not.
I won't be buying a new computer any time soon and this is what I would really need to do first before (or more likely at the same time) getting a new graphics card.
I'm sure many other players are in the same boat that I am in.

I can't say that I'm super excited about CoHGR. If/when I end up having the money for it, I'll probably get it just to support the game because I really do love this game.
(I'm still not likely to get the Ninja Pack. Seriously, it looks like half the City's Heroes have been crippled by some debilitating disease. They are all hunched over and can't stand up strait!)

One set(dual pistols) will be available in Mar. if you pre-order GR.While the other(demon summoning) will be available in April.I've read carefully many many times. Why would they release them early........In my eyes its a promotional thing for pre-ordering something. Like GG said maybe you should read a little more carefully.Many others will tell you the same. x2 xp is for Live Servers. Never have i heard it for beta. Don't they usually just auto level toons in closed beta for high level testing anyway? I'm just trying to figure out what part of the red name posts dont you understand.

Oh, and for your information, No, they don't just auto-level toons for high level testing.
And yes, DXP applies to both Test and Live servers which is what Avatea was referring to.

The thing I find funny, is not a single person who has disagreed with the release dates has yet to produce any solid, non ambiguous information by a Red name that says "Yes, you will get those power sets on LIVE servers several months before release."

Not that it makes any difference, but no, for this stage I am not in the beta. I have been in several of the earlier ones.
But I have also played on Test server for years, and yes the occasion to be auto-leveled does sometimes come up but not often as this would be counter productive to the testing purposes as none of the lower level powers or content, (whatever is being worked on) would not be tested correctly.

And man alot of people are posting stuff about the beta that isn't public knowledge yet.
Remember everyone who is in the beta there is a NDA out for the beta and you did agree to it.
There probably going to have some lvl bumps a couple of times. So they can test different lvl brackets at different times without worrying about people lvling them fast enough.
Man I wish I could play in the beta if I got a invite. Currently my computer is down. This sucks so bad. I can't wait to be able to preorder the complete edition of going rogue. Yes I am bad about having all my bonus content.

Why would they even announce it if it only relates to the test server?
Why would they advertise such a perk for pre-ordering if it's test server characters only?

Guh, don't wanna beat a dead horse but dude, F_M_J do you think the marketing and community team are idiots? If they blurted out all this stuff about "PRE-ORDER AND YOU GET EARLY ACCESS TO DUAL PISTOLS" and then it was a beta, people would be furious. The announcment is supposed to be taken for exactly what it says, you'll have access to Dual Pistols for dxp, which would be a moot point if it wasn't on live seeing as Test is simply for testing and is labelled with a big old "We can deleted everything on this server at any time without warning, kthxbye." sticker.
Also, if it was beta access, they would have called it beta access. You know, kind of like the loyalty program announcement, where they stated specifically that you'd get beta access for participating? It's going to live, so I'd get ready to eat your words.
