You'll find much fewer trick or treat teams if you look today, but around halloween it's all everyone's doing (except the people who aren't and we don't talk about THEM)
Also there's the whole day/time of day/method of searching and/or starting a team to consider.
Or maybe you're slightly radioactive and someone stuck a warning label on you.

It's a perception thing, perhaps. For me, at least, getting about a half-dozen request to team per hour is a lot. Last night I was foisting them off, while assisting with an inf. transfer, and later during some badge assistance. All with other players who asked.
And every channel I'm in is all "SF this" and "TF that." You have to hide under a rock to solo in this game. And the zone chatter is all, "LF Sewer Team this" and "Starting a Midnighter Arc" that, and "Praetorian Arc run through." The zone chatter in every neighborhood is a team scroll.
Hence using all the global hide options so often. But then, for the OP, maybe that is drastically less than they are accustomed to.

Damage Proc Mini-FAQ
Just noticed Damage Proc Mini-FAQ wasn't working with new forums, it's been updated.
I have absolutely no problem finding a team when I log in. Maybe that is because I run an SG with people I know are gonna be there everyday, or it might be the fact that if I want a team I, get this, start my own team. And with all the toons I see running around all the time, I can't imagine why anyone would have a problem finding a team. Unless you're on at very odd hours, it shouldn't be difficult.
Can blueside be dead if it was never truly alive?

Okay I play on Virtue too and I am curious just when are you logged on? Okay YES Baby New Year and the Winter Lord were preoccupying a lot of players when the event first started but even then I had no problem finding an AV team in PI with my Plant/Rad Troller. I ran a Sister Psyche TF on Friday and it took all of about 8 minutes to fill an 8 man team. And that was after another Sister P had JUST formed in front of me. Yesterday I spent most of my on line time crafting with numerous characters in base and had no fewer than 4 Tells asking if I wanted to join a team. All the while seeing announcements for a variety of TFs and Trials forming if I had wanted to join them. You are on Virtue so here's a suggestion.. Join the following global channels:

I'll admit blue side can be a little dead for me no matter what event is or isn't on. However, I do also live in Australia so my time zone is completely squiffy from everyone else's.
I do find teams though.
