I believe there's also a similar trick related to Stamina, but I don't know the precise slotting or IOs needed.
prob'ly
Perfoprmance shifter proc + perf shift EndMod + 2 EndMod IOs

Except you get 2% more regen with the Regenerative Tissue unique, and Numina's Heal and unique, while using only 3 slots.

Slotting 4 Performance Shifter (End mod, End Mod/ Rechg, End Mod/Acc, and +end) gives slightly more recovery than 3 End Mod IOs and the PS +End while including a speed and health boost. As long as you don't exemp below 47 and lose the + recovery set bonus.

Ninja Run is very... elastic on the Z-Axis. Jump against anything with the slightest incline, and you can rise until something blocks you. War walls, the zigg, etc.
You'll zone into Talos no matter what border of PI you cross. Helpful if you need to go back to Talos from Portal Corp - just head due east.

As for the latter, it's another fun little physics glitch that works with any +jump power and any steeply inclined surface.

Did you know that in certain parts of the Abandoned Sewer you can run into disembodied Hydra Tentacle heads. Pretty disturbing when you bump into them but heck, it's a nice little thing to freak a person while running around.

More accurately, the Family in Sharkhead was leaning on the proprietor of the Monkey Fight Club, and rather than knuckle under to them, he took DJ Zero's offer and moved the club to Pocket D. Rather than just accept the situation, the Family got a new set of monkeys and re-opened the old location under their direct control. Listen to the dialog in each place and you'll hear them talk about it.

Some enemies spawn only at night, or spawn a lot more frequently at night, which occurs for 20 minutes every 40 minutes in-game:
Equinox (very easy to find in the eastern part of Striga Isle)
Banished Pantheon masks (easy to find at night in Potter's Field in Sharkhead Isle)
Ghosts and Ghost Pirates (Croatoa and Port Oakes respectively)

Useful for getting both Defeat badges for the Atlas Medallion. Slaughter Warwolves during the day and Vampyrs during the night. You get both badges at a reasonable pace and the change-up is nice for not making it too boring.

Though, these days I've noticed it's a lot easier to get the badges just playing missions instead of farming.

Superjump and the Good versus Evil jump pack allows you to fly at about twice the flight cap. For only thirty seconds, but...

Here's one that's come in handy for various purposes.

Almost everyone knows that you can use the /screenshotui command to turn the GUI on and off in your screenshots. However, what a lot of people don't know is that you can take lossless screenshot images using the /screenshot_tga command. I have the following base keybinds in a file that I load on every character:

Code:
SYSRQ "screenshotui 0$$screenshot"
SHIFT+SYSRQ "screenshotui 1$$screenshot"
P "screenshotui 0$$screenshot_tga"
SHIFT+P "screenshotui 1$$screenshot_tga"
What that does is map the following keys:
  • Print screen: jpg (lossy) screenshot, without the GUI.
  • Shift + Print screen: jpg (lossy) screenshot, with the GUI.
  • P: tga (lossless) screenshot, without the GUI.
  • Shift + P: tga (lossless) screenshot, with the GUI.

Of course, lossless tga images take up more space on your hard drive. At my 1900x1200 resolution, each one takes up 6.59 MB, compared to an average of around 450 KB for a jpg. Still, if you want a picture of exactly what's on your screen, it's the way to go. (And if you're like me, you usually recompress them into a much smaller png file, also lossless, anyway.)

Here's a quick tip: If you take the train to one end of Steel Canyon or Skyway City and your mission (or whatever it is you're going to see or do) is on the other end, just go around the wall and take the train you just came out of to the other end. Since you're going somewhere else without moving between zones, there is no loading screen and the trip will be relatively instantaneous.

and it's better in Cap Au Diable, since you don't have to wait for tram to come and the door to open

That drops a Resurgence (large green) on your pet named Marion.

Useful for binds, not so much in combat. Maybe if you type 100 wpm . . .
MMs also have an advantage because not only can you put insps on your henchmen, you can also give them to any type of pet that an MM casts, so pets like Dark Servant, Shivans and HVAS can be insped up.

This means that you can pass a big luck insp and a big orange insp on a shivan and watch him tank an AV while you take a nap. Of course your pets will also defend the pet in BG mode...

You can also feed an EoE to your big henchman for a hami raid if you need them to grab aggro. They might need an ID from a kin to prevent knockback or else they get pushed all the way out of the goo if they are going to absorb the alpha from hami.

Add to list that Red side there are abandoned labs in Cap and St. Martial that you can use for crafting. They are on the map but I don't think I've ever seen anyone else in them.

There's a normal university in Cap. The other Abandoned Lab is in Port Oakes. And yeah, they're both fairly handy.
