Depending upon the goodies the pre-order comes with I'll be getting either 2 (wife and mine main accounts) or 4 (all household accounts) pre-orders.

Pre-Ordering gives you the tier 2 of the upcoming new 3 tier system
If there are some in-game goodies that come from preordering like there were for CoV, I'll preorder. If it just gives you a chance to get into Beta testing or allows you to access the content a little sooner, I may just wait until it releases.

The biggest reason to pre-order for me is that I can keep on adding more to my GameStop preorder and buy the thing piecemeal as opposed to all at once. I'd possibly go with somewhere else, but B&N employees get an employee discount at GameStop too, so I might as well ya.

If there's perks, i'll preorder. If the perk is beta, since i'm a 63 month vet.. soon to be 66 i think. (been here from the start) AND been loyal during the loyalty phase... I think i'll get into beta without a perorder perk. LOL.
I still may... i'm friends with my local EB manager, so, i tend to buy and preorder my stuff at his store. (it gamestop now isn't it? bah)
Either way, 3 copies for this household. 2 for me, and for my kid brother... cause i'm a GREAT big brother.

As well, most preorders I've seen tend to ship with physical items in the box, like Hero Clix figures or what have you. I don't know, I don't care much for these things. That, and the CoV preorder actually came with a special code in the box that gave me a 3-day head start. I asked my brother to pick it up for me at the time, he lives in the US. That won't happen this time around.
Of course, if there IS a preorder in the PlayNC store, I will preorder without a second thought. It's as simple as that.

Once I get full details of what's actually going to be in it then maybe. Just 2 new powersets and 3 new zones won't cut it though. Hopefully they've a lot more to announce.
