BUG AE Building in Founders Falls Still flagged as a mission door

In the past few weeks I have had at least 3 missions that point you to the inside of the AE building in FF in the middle of the first floor. There is no door there. I think it is pointing to something that used to be there before issue 14 and something has it flagged as a legit mission door still.

It Just happened again, and for the final mission of the "Eternal Nemesis" Story arc. Mission door is supposedly right in the middle of the AE building in FF. Exact Location is: 2881.1 -4.0 2944.9

And it is always this location that is supposed to be the door. If a Dev sees this, my character crobaryon is at that location with the mission that requires a door there.

Thanks

Had this happen once in FF. On a whim, I went to the upper floor (where the AE teminals are), and clicked on the glowing column (that ussually lets one enter AE missions) and it let me enter the regular mission.

Was very surprised that it worked...but it may not work all the time. Only happened once, so it could have been a huge fluke.

Hey guys,

Can I get any specific missions? Were they radio missions?

I reported this same bug to the good arbiter happening in Bricks, it's not just FF.

Radio mishs and 2nd mish of Manti TF in bricks and a Neal Kendrick arc mish.

Happened to me too in Brickstown during a Manticore Taskforce. We had to petition it so a GM could come and auto-complete the mission. The way I see it is, although the AE buildings replaced old buildings, it seems some of those old doors can still be given for missions.

For reference if the actual mission is important, our mission was the timed one: Defeat security chief, his men - 1:30:00, the one where we must defeat Security Chief Manning.

I filed a bug report on one of Daedalus' hero missions titled 'Recover the Tabula' where the mission door was the AE front desk back on September 21. I haven't done the arc again since to see if there was any change, though.

I reported this as a bug MONTHS ago. I remember doing it during an Ourobourous arc, but I can't remember what mission or arc it was.

All the ones I had were radio missions.

I still have my mission. I'm going to try clicking on the light column on the second floor and see if that works and report back. It might not be intended but if it works, it can be a work around until this gets patched.

Nope. Doesn't work. Clicking the light column doesn't work

Happened to me on a radio mission in Bricks a few weeks ago. I submitted a /bug. The loc it pointed me at was at or very close to 80, 0, 1154.

Also had this happen to me in Bricks a few weeks back. The GM immediately told me that this was a known issue to the development team. The mission was one from a story arc from Janet Kellum. Edit: ticket #090926-000913

I've had it with Radio missions and just got it in FF for the Nosferatu mission in Maxwell Christopher's arc.

We had a radio mission today that lead us to the center of the first floor of the AE building in FF. The leader called it in so we could continue doing missions.

I ran into this bug the other night while running "The Terra Conspiracy", a story arc given by Ginger Yates. The mission was "Go to the Faunna First front company and make some arrests". The door locator put us on the first floor of the AE building in FF at the Greetings Desk.

I bugged it, then petitioned it as well in the hope that we could get it moved to a different door. Had a promt responce from the GM, but all he could do was complete it for us and send us on our merry way. That's not a complaint by the way, I realize that it was all he could do and my hope was a little far fetched. So, a public Thank you for his promt help.

I hope that this very little bit of info was helpful.

Never in four years of playing have had this happen until a few nights ago where I was running Oro arcs and had it happen TWICE.

I remember the arcs were "the Eternal Nemesis" and "Division:Line". The first instance was the Nosferatu mission on the Nemesis arc, and I'm unable to remember exactly which mission in the Rikti arc it was. In both instances, a GM was able to help clear the mission. Very frustrating when it happens, but the GMs were able to help resolve the issue in a timely manner in both cases, so Kudos to the customer service team.

Edit: the first mission, "Capture Nosferatu" was a non-existant door INSIDE of the AE building in Founders Falls, whilst the second, the Division:Line mission, lead to a non-existant door to the north of the AE building's North entrance in Brickstown, just about where the pillars are in front of the doors. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I had to get a GM to clear a mission for me Thursday also. Um, the title was... I can't remember the title... The mission however was given by Ginger Yates and should be on file with you by GM_Kenie, he's the one who took care of it for me.

So not a radio mission, normal stuff is affected. Radio missions might well be affected but I cannot confirm.

Seek the psychic plane mission from Harvey Maylor's. The mission point was the first floor AE behind the lobby desk.

I had a GM clear the mission for me.
