The only thing that really bugs me is when people hospital right away when dying...after I ask them to wait for vengeance.
The rez is just a thank-you for all the +def you just gave me. 
Teammates (if they can be called that) that immediately use an awaken when they fall in battle, when they've been asked not to several times, while I'm on a Radiation Corruptor that has taken powers designed to take advantage of the situation: Vengeance, Fallout, Recall Friend, and Mutation.

Now let me be fair. I'm not talking about when your exemp'd down for a TF or something, I know people make builds in various ways and sometimes a power gets taken later, cause if your like me, you don't always plan your build with "How will I be at lvl X" in mind. Case in point, anything below lvl 20 and I have one, ONE, attack on Rasta, my Neutrino bolt.
But seriously. RI and EF is a Rad's bread and butter. Not having these ( and I know I'm about to tick some folks off with the following examples, but lighten up, it's just my opinion ) is like an empath without Heal Other, a Kin without Fulcrum Shift, A Tank without taunt, A Mastermind without pets, or a troller/dom without holds.

What I really hate are people/a team:
that won't say ANYTHING. Not even acknowledge instructions.
who cannot grasp what a pull is or how to do one, but insist on trying anyway.
who play a tank (or really any AT) that can only use ONE tactic and insists on doing everything that way... to the detriment and annoyance of the rest of the team. Not every group needs to be herded/pulled/etc.
informing everyone on the team how they should be playing their characters without being asked.
making people wait on them continuously. Whether that is "wait, X buff is almost up" or constant AFK-ing, it is obnoxious.

I hate being on a team where everyone else (or MOST everyone else) is on teamspeak/vent/skype and dont' bother to share the team plan with those of us stuck in chat.
Or those who are off in ts/vent/skype talking to each other and don't bother to talk to the rest of the team at all.
Yeah, makes for a really, really fun team for the non voice player.

Ooo...guilty. I've been on both sides of this one...it's really something you need to be aware of because it's so easy to forget.

....when you ARE on TS, interacting with the people there, it's very very easy to forget if not everyone is there. It's certainly NOT a deliberate snub... you just forget.
I've actually gotten frustrated with players who weren't following instructions.... when they weren't following instructions because they weren't on TS to HEAR the instructions.
Yayyyyy a topic I have an opinion on. The award in this poll is shared by "I play a tank so I am a great brute" guy and the "I play defenders so corruptors are easy" guy. Oh, and the "herding to here" guy gets honorable mention with the fury-killing "Gather for buffs" guy coming in a close 4th.

Also, if one doesn't know the others are on TS until halfway thru whatever they are doing or until the end... how do you join them?

AND... like sooner said, I've been berated more than once for not "following the plan"... only problem is, I didn't have the freakin' plan, because the plan was only shared in TS/vent/skype.
It's those in TS and the rest of the team doesn't know it, that I gripe about. Tell people when you start "there are 4 or 3 or 6 of us in TS while we do this or run this team."
