Now? I've had that plague my F keys ever since I12 If memory serves me. That it only got noticed now is remarkable, considering how many times it has been reported...

Powers sometimes detoggle when zoning. Not all the time, but every once in a while.
When exemped down and earning enough XP to level up, there is no "Ding" moment, and the levelling buffs are not applied. (This might be WAI, but seems odd.)

I was fortunate enough to be off work last evening -- I work 3rd shift -- and I was looking forward to a good long chunk of playtime ... but, the servers have been showing down since about midnight, Eastern Standard Time. I wonder if they decided to just do an extra long session of server maintenance, in order to get Issue 16 up & running?
Hope things are back online before I have to call it a day

I also have this problem. I've also noticed that the 2nd upgrade has problems. Sometimes, not all my thugs will show thier upgraded costumes so that I am unsure whether they have upgraded or not. Also, when I get a new thug out after it has been defeated, the 2nd upgrade on the new thug will cause my other pets costumes to "Down Grade". Been like that though since b4 i16.
Anyone else got caught in the Crystal of Fire and Ice upon leaving Cimerora yet?? hehe

That happened to me and mates once an hour in US servers, coincidentally we were given some Patrol XP, even being online, when all powers detoggled.
On the Known Issues subject, any news about Repairmen bug on STF?
I don't know if anyone has noticed it but the emotes for the magic pack are out of sync too. When i used it on one of my alts the cards were a good few inches away from the alts hands, and the flames, elec etc were below the upturnt palms of the toons hands.
I know its a minor thing but just wondered if anyone else has noticed it?
With the Demonic badge, i worked on that all morning yesterday, and when i got all the badges required i did not get it. Tried relogging, zoning thorugh super base, ferry, and ouroborus, unfortunately none of that seemed to work. After yesterdays mid day patch, i still did not get the badge, following the same ritual of zoning, and logging as i did before. I decided to work on the high pain threshold badge, and once i met the requirements for that badge, i recieved it, and the demonic badge at the same time.

Zone detoggling is caused by a system time difference between the servers hosting your original and destination zones. The game determines that your character was "offline" for an extended time, and your powers turn off, just like if you log out and come back a while later. This is why it gave you patrol XP - it thought you'd been off-line a while.
So it's not a bug in the technical sense of something not working as intended. But it does mean at least one server somewhere in their farm needs its clock changed.

In which case, given the information needed to check this as an issue: UNION was acting this way last night. It affected multiple teammates, all based in the UK, when zoning.

The Power Suppression room in the AE buildings don't seem to be suppressing powers anymore.

When you zone, the game thinks you've been offline for the time difference, detoggles your powers as if you've been offline for that amount of time and even gives Patrol XP.
When I notice it I send in a petition with the "technical issue" button checked, and include the server times of the 2 zones (use /servertime to get the values) so the GM's can adjust the server's clocks.
(Note, I use /petition to get the GM's attention, not a /bug as those go to the game developers.)
Edit: gah, that's what I get for not reading the entire thread . .but, +1 to UberGuy and I'll go get another vat of coffee to drink.

Nobody is doing it wrong. Unless they're saying someone else is doing it wrong. The person who sits under Atlas all day has just as much right to play as the guy superteaming against Hamidon each night.

Of course, it also seems that the majority of the people who are most worried about the drop rates are people who would only sell their goods anyway; so it's not as if they need the specific rewards for their character, they just want the fake play money to fuel their sense of accomplishment and virtual self-worth. And then they can take that extra money, buy a LotG: recharge, and then sell it for 1.5x what they bought it for in an attempt to get even more fake money.
It all just seems counter-intuitive when the whole point of playing games is to have fun, and -most- games don't have a market pvp minigame, which means that unless all these "ebil marketers" and farmers never played a game before CoH I9, they're being disingenuous when they say that's the main thing they find fun in this game.
But hey, that's just my perspective. To each their own =)

Apparently, the current server status page isn't precisely accurate. If it seems a strange time for the servers to be down and there's no message in the forums, I suggest trying anyway.

Whilst on Positron TF I attempted to summon a temp pet - Warwolf. It failed.
Another member of team tried. It failed.
I see HVAS on the issue list - Is this a known issue with other temp pets too?
Edit: You can add Shivians to the above list, same 2 people tested - shivs don't summon.

Is it intentional that EPIC powers aren't covered under the new "Spectrum" rules?
Seems to me to that doesn't make that much sense to be able to change SOME power colors and not others...

Ignoring anyone is a mistake. You might miss something viral to your cause.
The description for the Smuggler Day Job badge has a typo. It reads:
"You spend your free time smuggling in illicit black market goods earning you the Smuggler Day Job. Logging out in a store will earn you a random enhancement, upon each mission completion, for a short time."
It should read:
"Logging out near a ferry will earn you a random enhancement, upon each mission completion, for a short time."

It is intentional for now. They might addrerss them later. Or not.

I'm also having a small issue with the Mission Teleporter Veteran Reward power. It will occasionally teleport me inside of wall. Using /stuck gets me out of the walls. So far I've only had this occour on Mercy Island.
