Thunder is good, thunder is impressive, but lightning does the work.
I'm thinking a fire blast/fire blast blaster. Mitigation? Who needs it when everything is dead!

That or a Rikti MM, perhaps - Monkey Madness

Sonic Resonance/Sonic Attack/War Mace (guitar used for all 3) tank.
Sonic Resonance in this case being a personal defense set. Both shields would be toggle powers, the bubble would remain the same (with tanker numbers), Clarity would be the mez protection, similar to SR and Shield's. I could go into greater detail, but I'll just leave it at that.

I'd like a Martial Arts and Superstrength mix to go with Regeneration - right now, I have MA and Regen, but I do like the effects of some SS powers - and even with alternative MA animations coming up, it still won't be quite the same

Katana/Dark Scrapper (mezzes and acc debuffs)
Stone/EA Brute (knockdowns, end drains, and stuns/holds)
Dark/Elec Brute (fear, end drains, and acc debuffs)
Dual Blade/Fire Scrapper (knockdowns and then some more knockdowns followed by knockdowns)
Going full-out with debuffs as a sole means of mitigation, though, is something I can mostly only dream about.

whats the build that you wish you could have in this game.
it could be anything gimped or not, concept or not. whatever you want.
my ulimate character would be an emp/bubble def. I would be totally unsoloabale toon but it would be alot of fun and work keeping up shields and buffs
