Don't think my Warshade has ever fought in a Rikti Raid either. A few Zombie ones but they weren't well suited to her (stupid Neg Energy resistances). Look forward to Mire-nuking them repeatedly in the face.

I love the raids. I know some might consider it as being a bit hackneyed, but I love the whole atmosphere of them. It's one of the few times when as a player you feel under relentless pressure, and from an RP perspective it works too: We know the Rikti aren't gonna give up so we have to find a way of taking the fight back to them.
The only way they could possibly improve it would be to deliver a load of 5th/Council to our waiting attacks because there's few things more satisfying than kicking the living proverbials out of fascists

Ok.. the lagg is heavier on rikti then on Zombies. So there is something wrong still that should be fixed. I was just wondering .... Could we make a whole in the side of the MA buildings so the Rikti can teleport inside there and force the farmers out hehehe...

The ship flightpaths actually went through a couple of the MA buildings until they changed it

Ill be certainly trying to get badges for some of my chars, even when one is triggered now im in the zone looking for teams or making ateam to get the bombs, and rikiti. Also same on zombies i often try and get some of the badge credits on some of my characters

Something to do with the Granny in Croatoa & the cossie items. But question marks over how often it can be triggered or if it needs to be night.
Actually the biggest question I'd ask would be "Why are heroes continuely giving an obviously deranged old witch the means to summon a Zombie Hoard in the city and why isn't she in jail by now?"

Yes. Crafting a costume slot. However, this one is on a time limit which is why there are still a few people who dispute it.
I really should do something about this signature.
last I heard it was random chance after salvage was handed in for an exrta costume slot after midnight... but only if a cat barked exactly three times after an eclipse during a moonless night and the toon handing in the salvage has to have bells on his hat.
The Zombie Apocalypse Invasion is triggered by handing in the Halloween salvage on a toon that needs the 5th costume slot.
The salvage items needed are the Statesman/Recluse/Masks, BaB gloves and Hami costume and should be given to Annah in Croatoa (left of station near the bottom of the steps).
Its a +chance of invasion and Its rumoured to be more successfully triggered on the night-cycle (although not sure about the validity of that, why chance it when the salvage has cost you a million or two.)

It was done quite a lot on the American Test server when the event was first made - and there's an explosion animation for it, so the devs did plan for it to happen

Sadly they made the destroyers slow immune. The original fights saw the things practically halted, while the players tore the things apart in spectacular style.

lol took a grand total of 1 post for this to become a bitchfest about lack of new content.
Really when was the last time the rikti invaded (5th anniversary does not count) its an event which old players can use new characters and new players can experience an event. Who cares if you have seen it before its fun !
Never consider all-server lag fun, sorry.
Besides the lag that occurs in ALL zones no matter where the invasion is, I have no major problem with it.
