After a quick phone call into my colleagues on the Faster Payments evening team in work, I managed to keep track of my 2nd purchase for my other account going to NCSoft. (Working for a bank does have its advantages).
The Maestro payment that was made only came through once, which means it's just my Credit Card that was charged twice.
And if I complain about the purchase to Mastercard tomorrow, they'll reverse the payment there and then.

No errors, but account says i have one code applied and one code unused.
Not sure if i been charged twice tho, since bank not updated the transaction info yet.
least you can all get on the bloody site lol, since yesterday ive been staring at a blank page with "waiting for static.plaync.com" cant even buy the damn thing if i cant view the site........all i got from support *which ironically IS the only section of the website i CAN view* was "clear your cache on IE" great when i blatantly told them i had done that on the original petition and that i use firefox........

First I tried to pay by clicking credit card...
Then it said something in the line of "A problem occurred,"
and here comes the vital part, "please try again"
and then something about contacting customer support if it

So I clicked the damn thing again, but this time I chose
PayPal, as maybe going away from the NCStore would help
speed it up a little.
I get the same bloody message one more time. Then I check
the forums to see if anyone else has this problem, and see
that someone checked their account and saw that they had
multiple buys of the pack.
I checked and saw that, even though I got a message
twice that the transaction had failed, and asked me
to "please try again" the damn system had made the
transaction both times...
I do not have alot of money to spare, and certainly not
enough to spare on things I can't use!
I would like to get a redname to come and tell us how to
sort this out, and very soon.

Got "An error has occurred. Please try again. If this problem persists, please contact support@ncsoft.com" but checked emails and, yup, sure enough there's the email confirmation. Hope they get this sorted out for all the multi purchasers that caught out.
