It cost us £6. It gives us emotes where there wasn't any before. It's given us a shiny new power.
All of those things look very pretty.
It's had some problems, but it's working fine and looking great now.
For such a small sum of money, I think they did a good, nay a great job.

The cossies are great and I've given credit where credit's due to Jay on the Intricate detailing on the costumes, but Personally with regard to the emotes.. any re-hashed/re-used content (to me anyway) says there must of been.. a): a lack of imagination or b): a shortcut taken where one need not of been (especially considering the dev-time taken since the success of the Cyborg Pack).

Ok idiotic question but how on earth am I meant to contact support, I've made an account previously using my email address but it doesn't recognise the ID I'm using and therefore won't be able to email me my password despite when I try to create a new account it says the email is already in use...
...god I'm really starting to hate the Plaync support system...

I had the same issue - just petition them from within game and you'll get your support email through.

I have sent in game petition , if they unable to refund i be happy if tehy can give me a code for the cyborg pack as thats only one i have not bought.Gladdly accept that if thats the case

As for the magic pack its fab, the only thing i dont like is the skirt it dont seem to match up with the actual top piece. It dont connect. Seems not in line with the other perfectly matching pieces, very hard to use the skirt with any of the tops , pity.
The emotes and the tarot thing are wonderfull, love them.
In all is a very nice pack, but still dont fancy paying twice for it.

No, Fraud would be a system designed to cheat you out of your money, whereas this is clearly a case of the current system being inadequate and not refined enough to handle all of your transactions with accuracy.
I don't see a case for not getting your money back personally, I wouldn't worry too much. Afterall, NCsoft wants your satisfaction and continued subscription.
