Darn it. Due to getting an error the first time round trying to buy I tried again and it turns out I've now brought it twice.

ok i now there £5.99 but are they not allowed to be a bit cheaper? i can only sometimes pay the monthly fee for the game (well my parents can't).

It errored out for me. Check your email. If you have a receipt, you have the code in your account. Just look under "Use a serial code" on your account page.

Avatea, can you please inform us of how we go about getting our money back for these (illegal - UK CCA regulations governing Credit Card purchases are quite clear on the matter) transactions?

I wouldn't be so sure. It's quite clear from the purchase page that they state they don't give refunds for serial code purchases...
Of course, I'd hope that's assuming that the customer actually agrees to the purchase in the first place!
Today's been a really bad day for NCSoft - no redname chat to say "Yes, it will be today by this time." and now technically stealing money from their own customers.
If I don't have my money back by tomorrow, I'll be contacting Mastercard and getting the money back that way (CCA regulations work both ways).

I too feel the need to click on said new shiny costume pack, but I think I'll wait until next Issue and see if we still get costumes for our standard subscription before I even think about buying anymore micro-transaction packs.

I got a pink "an error has occurred" response but seems I may have been charged, as I've got a Purchase Receipt come through on my email. Not resubmitting.

The thing is there's several things in that booster pack that where up on the suggestions board....suggested by the players....now those same players have to pay extra for content that they thought of in the first place.... o.O
I managed to get a code for the wrong purchase entirely!
Only hit it once and got two e-mails. However the last four digits of the code seems to be the same one.
I used one of them and it works, but IF I got charged, I would love to know the entire code. So i can give it to a friend of mine...
