[/ QUOTE ]it not really i would do it so i can go though all the heroes arc with easy and not out level the contacts, but im afriad i got no free space as i can buy no slot due to no card on file promblem
Has been done on the US forums before these and the Developers haven't said anything against it GrinningSpade. Therefore, I don't see where the problem lays.
Personally, I don't have anything against it, but at the moment, I wouldn't partake of it. As much of a grind as the road to 50 is getting after I've managed to level 13 toons/goons to level 50, I'd still like to see how the powers develop for new alts, even if the story arcs on both sides are getting a bit stale.

Sorry, this is the General Discussion forum, not Trade and Mart, so discussing the merits of a topic that's been raised - in the thread that raised it - seems entirely in order as long as nothing gets too heated.

Well seen as we don't have a "Trade and Mart" forum and this is probably the most popular/read forum, I think this is most appropriate.
I think what I asked was perfectly reasonable. However, if you have such a burning desire to discuss it, be my guest.
I dont see anything wrong with posting this here after all it is a system that is in the game.
I have no problem with it if I was about to start a new alt I would offer my service.

hmm, so if your Xp ishalved between the two of you you'd be looking at something equating to maybe level 68 in the 'normal' XP curve? I can't really believe anyone would want to do this for 'just' 100 million influence. 100 million inf isn't all that hard to come buy TBH!

If someone wants to level slowly, they might as well drag Kin along too and get a bonus though. Its all good
That may be the case, but he's expecting to be level 45 in 6 weeks. That's not exactly slowly seeing as your XP will be halved.

ok, lets argue the toss about that now.
1-45 in 6 weeks at half xp aint too hard to do, if the person doing the playing gets on with it.
And the sort of person that takes Kin up on his offer is gonna be the type of person who gets on with it, or he aint going to get paid is he. I also doubt Kin is going to be too heart broken if it rolled into an extra week.
Just get in with the dirty PL farmers and you'll get a 50 a week, and you'll make money in the process!!
Then you can say 'Look i lvled in a week', not 'Look i got the last 5 lvls myself .. im not a Total pact [censored]!' .. cos thats what i will point and shout!!
Just joshing btw! im sure you'll find someone if you havent already! and there is nothing wrong with what you are doing or want to do .. the only time it will get annoying is people /tell advertising for pact lvling.

I know that the Developers haven't spoken against it. I know it is not forbidden. Despite all that. I still think it is a bit pathetic to make use of such a service. Plus I still think this is not the place to advertise such a service.
By all means, let the devs make a special forum for trading influence and while they are at it. Let them put ads on that threat for pro leveling farmer services if they like. Maybe it brings in extra revenue who knows.

But in a farm mission with a fire/kin or whatever, level 50 is possible in about 22 hours if you got a decent farmer. Double that to allow for them to level too and take a few hours off for taking me only to 45, not 50, and it ain't so bad.
If I was offering the service I'd probably do it in 2-3 weeks.

I would do it but I dont play often enough - lvl 45 I could get you in about a year if thats any good?

Would that be a murry or an Extra strong mint wilf?
Although i'm not intending to volunteer it is worth pointing out they can fly the other alt to the mission and have them sit at the start. Or even better follow with the heal on Auto. There you go, normal exp and you get to do the mish with a nice healing buff.

Ill take you up on the offer if you can extend the time frame to 24 months. Actually, thinking about it, I am at level 26 with my first villain. Itll be about nine months to a year before I get that to level 50, so if we can start the pact in December 2009 and have it sorted by 2011, youve got a deal.
Im giddy with excitement about the 100 million inf as the most Ive ever had on one character is 24 million.

I decided I want an Illusion/Radiation controller at level 50, but don't really wanna level it as I'm currently levelling my Illusion/Storm.
I am therefore willing to pay 100 million influence (or infamy if you'd prefer) to someone to make a pact with me and get me to 45 in 6 weeks or less.
I don't really want this thread to be about whether or not I should or shouldn't be doing this, its perfectly legal and its how I wish to play the game.
