what about making a limit in how many servers you can use, let's say 2 per account.
in case you think that's not fair, consider that there are ppl who both speak english and german or france, the ones not from ether of these other languages only have 2 servers, german and france ppl have 3.
also, merging or moving servers has a big impact in both the game it self and the forums, not to mention that there are some issues about names.

I love these threads. People saying that the population is small and therefore they want a transfer to the US, thus decreasing the population even more shows a certain sort of... stunted thinking.
