My first 50 dinged in the Shadow Shard fighting the Rularuu minions, with members of my US SG fighting with me. It was awesome.
The others have been in the company of my duo partners and have been great fun.

The RWZ mission 'Save the World' is a nice final ding mission! failing that, ANYwhere other than a farm map!!
I dinged level 50 on my birthday, 5 minutes before midnight.
So only just my birthday.
I thought that was pretty special.
Bloody hell that was 3 years ago as well :/
My first 50 was my stalker, who dinged soloing a Malta boss from a paper mish.
My second 50 was my domi, who dinged on a LGTF from just a normal mob, but was with my SG.
My 3rd was my Troller who dinged from an AV during STF with my SG mates
My 4th was my Tank, who dinged after bashing Battle Maiden round the head with his glowey stick, also with my SG.
Will have to come up with a good way for my blaster to ding. He is 48 now!
My favourite was hitting 50 off the XP for the 'Heart of Hamidon' exploration badge, shortly after XP for such badges was introduces (I7, I think?)

My most memorable one would have to be offline on a STF while I was out the house collecting my mum from a car accident. Mostly cause I cant remember the other dings but that one sticks in my mind. I must have got the mission XP from the one I started so when I logged in I was 50 already

My funniest one was dinging faceplanted at Dominatrix feet on my Kat/Inv scrapper while looking for replacement batteries for my mouse, I couldn't even reply to all the "Gratz" from team mates.-

I can't even remember where most of my L50 dings happened.
If I could pick one place to get it that would be special I think it would be taking down Romulus in the final ITF mission (though taking down Statesman in the LRSF, Recluse in the STF, or Honoree in the LGTF would be cool too). Not likely to happen, though, as I only ever do endgame TFs with my 50s.

My one and only 50 ding was with 2 good friends who were helping me with that last bit of xp, as my Emp/Def really can't solo. It was a great laugh

Mine was in the Tyrant arc late one Saturday night, a deliberate push to do it (thank heavens for Gonk, Psygon, Gen and Cynic egging me on, otherwise I'd probably STILL be 49).
On LRSF or STF, preferably on the last mission, and if possible when defeating Statesman/Recluse and thus completing the task force.

one and only 50 so far dinged 50 off of beating Tyrant.
Yeah I organised it so that was his level 50 ding, earning just the right amount of XP so I would definitely level up from downing Tyrant.
It was my first 50 so I wanted it to be spectacular
