Just one more character to introduce, one very important character, and then I can get on with some juicy, yummy plot nonsense.
Oh god... What AM I doing?!?!?
I've just signed up, and scribbled 768 words in 30 minutes... I'm doomed!

Tonight begins the weekend and the beginning of my salvation. Disaster again sturck on day 3, when my parents decide to go off to london for the weekend leaving a 6 year old who wants to go to the fire works in the care of my 15 year old brother and myself. And once he's in bed, I've then got another commitment and won't be back until 9.30. Chances are, I'll then be on a high (Not literally)so plan to start then and write to about 12. Work in the morning, helping at a 13 year olds birthday until about 7ish (all arranged before I knew about nanowrimo.... curses!) but then, since I have no plans until 6.30PM sunday, I can write until I need to sleep or die. Then I will go to sleep, wake up and write some more. And thus I will achieve my target of 6250 words by 00.01AM monday morning.
That's the plan anyway. Now that I'm involved and have nothing planned for this week (bar a party on sat 11th and seeing the Queen on the 29th!) I can give my self enough writing time to fit in my coursework and homework. I think those priorities sound about write

I'm doing 2,500 words a day, and doing my best to make it a decent story too. 
And speaking of which, the next chapter is up now.
42,291 words to go.
Chapter 1 is almost done bar some expansion that I can't face at the moment and Chapter 4 is about halfway there. Once I've squared a couple of other characters Chapter 2 will be on the go and Chapter 3 will be when I've daydreamed up another battle scene.
I'm fairly happy that the story I have in mind is starting to divide itself into chapters, for a moment there I was worried it would be one long unbroken slab of story. Still lacking a title though.
I do have one small problem that my main villain won't fit into the main battle in the story very well. The main battle will be WAY COOL though so I'll have to figure a way to get him in there. Oh yeah, and there's no way that what I have in mind will fit into 50,000 words, not without some serious mental editing anyway.
New excerpt up, this time from Chapter 4. It's quite long too but what the hell.
I just realised. I can't write paranormal thriller mysteries. :<

I've gotten to 100 words of 5 different plot ideas (2 of which are CoH)
I can't decide which tot take further.

Flip a 5 sided coin. Or better yet, mingle them all together in one uberplot!
Or jsut write the one you like the most
Roll a D10 and assign two numbers to each idea.
EDIT: Also, where did everyone go on Teamspeak? I was gone for about 45 minutes, and everyone vanished.
And the pendulum swings the other way.
This morning I get up and I can't even focus on writing the chapter headings. Pah.
Want some help? Talking my novel over with you yesterday helped me lots, I'd be more than happy to repay the offer.
Not the only one - I can't get motivated this morning and my brain has been going "get a villain into Grandville, get a villain into Grandville....."

i've been forced to switch from story telling mode to 3rd person narative. Gah.. now how to make it seem like i meant to do that.
also on the handwriting stint since i'm at home in the black hole again. ^_^ i got a massive section done yesterday. hoping to keep the flow since there is NOTHING else to do here except watch tv and be cold.. ah peace.. quiet.. my mum making me lose my count everytime i go to count up a finished page.
Decided not to try and up my word count today.(I'm already ahead) and just plan the plot whilst listening to Dark Ambience.
Just don't tap me on the shoulder or I'll hit the ceiling.
There is a TS server just sitting around gathering dust . If anyone needs to talk through their story or wants some more inspiration - I'm sure we could hold a sort of write-in on the server. That is, if FG doesn't object...?

As is typical, I've already changed my mind and started writing about the MC's journey into the deserted tunnels. It was round about the time that the two attack dogs crouched, ready to pounce that my cat decides to slam into the window after being chased by the Ginger Tom.
Heartbeat is finally down to 120 again.
going mad, can't write today unless i make myself sick trying to write in tha car. maybe will write while i make my mother watch toturo or green wing.
Though my mother wishes to write also.. she's already thinking of cheating though so i refuse to give her the link.
