I've said it before, freedumb is full of noobs. I went there, had my fun, got my rep to 400 easy and then left. Took a while on my scrapper on justice, mostly from dueling too.

I had already died once, it usually ends when someone dies, but he wanted me to keep going so meh. Yea near the end i was getting bored, and i believe i was low health, so i jumped into a crate and tried to web him, healing inbetween. He was forced to jump in to get some melee attacks, power thrust missed (pretty sure it was 95% too) and i got a good amount of attacks on him. Overall it was fun, not used to using the environment around me, makes more skill invovled. of course no skill would be involved if other people jumped in

Hai thar, Im trying to find Some Fiteklubber in game, I found his pikture. Halp me Nao.
I am considering joining the Fightclub Police myself. I see too often a duel challenge being called for on Freedom in Sirens Call and the entire zone moving to one spot or the other to spectate. This typically kills most of the zone PVP for a considerable amount of time as people huddle about to watch the fights.
I normally do not disturb the duelers while I pursue the few players who are obviously still actively playing zone PVP. Invariably there will be players who attempt to defeat the motionless players who are there to witness the duels. I resolve myself to continuing my own zone PVP fun by fighting with these players until zone PVP resumes. I do not expect those who have agreed to become spectators of the duel to attack me as I pursue my target into their midst but that is never the case. I am frequently ganked by those who are not participating in zone PVP. I have even been attacked on several occasions by the person who was dueling even though I had no effect whatsoever upon their duel.
I tried for a while to let the other players know that if I am ganked by the spectators of the duels as I pursue my zone PVP opponent into their midst that the duels will end for the rest of the evening while I am playing. I will target and shoot the most injured player of the opposite side I see, which is normally the ones who are dueling, for the rest of the evening.
This has not resolved the issue for me. Of course I would not pursue a foe into a mob of opposing players who were actively playing zone PVP. That is asking for defeat. But these are players who have made a gentlemens / ladies agreement to become spectators. As such they are no longer participants in the zone PVP or so it would seem but that is not the case. They certainly complain quite loudly when another player attacks a dueler or spectator and interrupts their idea of fun. This happens on both red and blue side. Well zone PVP is my idea of fun. I am done trying to be courteous to these players who swap from dueler to zone player on a whim. I am done with having the dueling area become a safe zone for the zone players who run there knowing that they will be protected by those that are there to duel.
I think I am ready to take the next step and become a full fledged officer in the Fightclub police. I want to protect my precious zone PVP enjoyment and put an end to the boring circle of spectators that could be having epic battles instead. The arena is not far away, is not hard to setup, is barely any more inconvenient than crossing the zone to the hot-dog stand or North East corners for back-ally fisticuffs.
Duelers be warned! There is a new sheriff in town in Sirens Call and I come there often.
We did some FC policing in Siren's the other day. Got bored in RV so five or six of us (two Therms, a Pain, a Kin, a Cold, and a Brute) went into Siren's and wiped the northeast corner pretty quick. Decided to kill some NPC mobs to win the zone and got jumped by a Blaster, who got a few shots off before dying and called us gankers. Gotta love these people.

Sorry to hear that jerks are bothering you, but hey, it's freedom, it's to be expected.
I myself am a dueler and would not gank someone if they were watching or even if they were running by with low health. Duelers arn't all the same, all i ask is that you do not group unique people into a certain category.
In my opinion the zone is dead when nobody is fighting fairly, i can understand both sides but of course chose one. I do not believe myself to be truely right, as that is the beauty of an opinion. Just some people in the zone have different ways of playing, you shouldn't go and try to change that.
If anybody is switching from dueler to warzone pvper, feel free to always kill them. I don't watch duels so i can go in and out of a "safe zone", as it's an agreement between 2 players (the spectator and the warzone pvper passing) that a fight does not go on, and that can obviously be broken.
All i ask is that you do not group us together and start interrupting the duels of the innocent who are just trying to have fun. Feel free to kill anyone giving my side a bad name.

although i must say i'm not minding duel inerrupters that much anymore. If people want to duel they can use arena now, much easier then before....and if someone inerrupts my duel, i have a chance to kill them, with no help from the enemy i'm dueling and the help from my friends. And of course killing anyone who tries is one of the most satisfying things in the game for me.
At the same time my point still stands, nobody has the right to stop something between 2 other people not affecting them. Even if you say it "kills" the zone.....your breaking up 10+ people having fun so u can have fun urself, that's very selfish. Personally i don't hurt anybody for self-gain, but it's obvious how FC police do. Heck i've seen them insult newbies who are just asking basic questions.
But, if you still won't stand down, the duelers have no choice but to make the mature decision themselves and stop the madness by using the arena. Although from what i hear the average dueler on freedom isn't one. Can't say the same about Justice though, don't know many, if any, immature people over there regularly.

I've always wanted a convient way to duel without interruptions. The only progress made is by the devs.
One problem i'm seeing is that i'm not getting rep worthy kills in the arena, even rated, but it might because i'm near 400 and most of the people i fight don't play as often and have under 100. I really don't know but it's bothering me because i could have gotten a recipe by now.

EDIT: After the match, I told him to drop Aid Self, use greens, and pick up a useful pool like Concealment, but apparently that's cowardice. And this little gem as well:

Yep, never seen any of "the best" pvpers (not that i personally picked them, just what people believe in general) go on the forums.
Yea i hate using inspirations, i could learn, like in 30 mins...but 30 mins of wasted time.
I don't see how you could exactly laugh at me having aidself and healing flames. I played with it and without it, 100% better with it. Why don't u laugh at me taking fitness too, lol.
The blaster i fought is a good player. when i started learning how to duel i watched a few of his matches. When he's low health he puts up PFF and doesn't stand still. The PFF is probably slotted, and seeing as i'm SS i didn't build for extra tohit. Not to mention i could tell he had 2 interrupt IOs in aidself. So just to cover, the blaster has more experience then i do, not just a regular blaster.
I've covered how cowardice a melee toon with phase is, not including a blapper and maybe some "weak secondary" scrappers.
