This league will be amazingly terrible unless you ban incan. I would also ban judgement but thats not such a big deal. Alpha only would be best imo.

The -range is authit. The taunt takes an acc check. Best way to purely taunt and annoy (especially a single target) is on a scrapper with web nades. The taunt is quicker and so are the nades. If you're a tank and you have rage you should mostly slot for recharge, range, and taunt. Taking nerve helps too (i think nerve boosts taunt)

Sorry don't follow Sentry's advice. The stun proc suggestion is terrible. The only people you will kill with that are those that are afk. Slot AS with the ATO proc. That will give you much quicker and reliable results. Also I haven't looked at your build but try building for hp bonus as well to get closer to the new stalker hp cap.

Also if you are confident with you AS+thunderstrike crit (will always crit with ATO proc) I would personally skip sharks altogether and go body mastery for physical perfection and focus accuracy. You can then either choose to take your pools as: ss/sj/leadership/stealth or ss/sj/stealth/fighting. If you go with leadership you have amazing accuracy and to hit and can go stalker hunting for fun. Tough with high hps, can make you pretty durable, allowing you to get away from a fight without dying since WP doesn't have any t9 ish powers.

Also use invisibility like a boss and you won't die anyways.

The store switches between a plain black screen and a grey screen. Im not using any third party software. Also I don't think its a problem with my internet since the game runs well in and regular browsing works fine.

If i wait for too long the game crashes. I understand that this is a problem that other people have faced also.

My paragon market does not seem to work. Anytime I click the icon the page opens up but it does not load (even if i wait for an extended period of time). Anyone else have this problem and any solutions to it?

Name Captains you would prefer to play for, minimum of 3. If you pick 3 I can guarantee you a spot on one of the 3 you choose, if you don't then whoever drafts you will be final. Also when we get down to the last draftees, there might be instances where people have to be picked in order to keep teams even numbers, in this case the draft protection will not apply.

Is there pvp on champion as of right now?

What i meant was the in game stats on ice storm says it has 76 ticks of cold and 76 ticks of smashing damage. It essentially has 152 ticks as compared to just 76 ticks in powers like RoF or sleet.

Currently I have a 50 Cold/ice defender. With reactive the way it is, would it be better to switch to a corrupter for scourge? It might not be necessary as stuff dies anyways without scourge. Would the difference be that much larger.
Also as far as rain powers go- Reactive in ice storm should do twice the amount of damage as compared to rain of fire or sleet? It ticks twice the amount the others do but im not sure about this?

How much defense do you need on a tank to get into that annoying range where most people cannot hit you? Im taking a guess that the PvE numbers would be about 60%?

Just get bu, headsplitter, taunt and the tier 1 or 2. Not sure about the exact order of how scrappers get to pick powers so you might have to pick up one more but probably not. You can either choose to go ss sj phase webs(disruption build, scrapper taunt spam with webs is retarded) or the blaster build ss sj leadership fire epic. Thing with the fire epic is that it works best with regens as you can skip stamina and take phase and leadership so not sure about that. Either way you definitely want some for of perception so make sure to fit that into your build.

Sounds like a great idea provided there are enough people taking part in this. I think it would work better to have this tourney last 2-3 weeks(one night a week). Each night is a new tourney basically, but has the same draws. This way people get a chance to win their stuff back or lose more(or just forfeit and give the opposing team bragging rights). Makes it more competitive plus you might hopefully see different lineups considering the fact that you know who you're playing and what they might bring.

Broadsword. It crits more. It has almost 100 ft ko blow type range on the heavy hitter. It has innate acc bonus. Plus all you really should do is play it like a blaster with the fire epic and just use headsplitter as a big melee. Like bonesmasher way back
