I do believe all the emotes (sans unlockables and booster-specific) are indeed now on the quickchat menu, which is very well organized to boot! I'm gonna double-check against my custom quickchat which I know for a fact contains all the emotes, but going solely by appearance I think everything's there.

It's nice to see Trick Arrows existence be acknowledged! Just wish it was buffs. :P
And I'm glad the chat bug is fixed! And to see all the emotes added to the Quickchat menu!
Meanwhile, Corruptor and Controller Fulcrum Shift is still using the Defender version of the buff pets summoned at the targeted enemies (each enemy hit should be +20% Damage for them, not +25%, it was this way before and changed either in I14 or one of the patches before I15). Please fix! Before "fixing it" becomes "nerfing it".

So far, I see /em flashlight and /em flashlightdown missing from the emote list. Those, however, are the only omissions aside from unlockables and booster-specific emotes that I've found. I'll check again to be sure.

While we're on Pets and their accepting Enh's, any chance the Protector Bot's "Repair" ability is ever gonna show-up in it's Real Numbers Info?
I've bugged this more then once in Beta's and on the Live Servers - never heard a peep from anyone about it.
I don't think it can really be the same as the /Bots MM's actual "Repair" or it wouldn't accept Healing Enh's. But, if it does work like the MM /Bots "Repair" - then it should take End Mod Enh's - not Healing Enh's.
City of Heroes didn't fail, City of Heroes was killed. If a 747 dropped on your house, you'd say you were killed, not you failed to find a safer dwelling.

While Dark Servant does not take damage, it is not permanent until killed. Which means it actually does need to be up faster than it recharges normally at times.
I really wonder if the developers just hate Dark Miasma on general principle.

And, as seen above, /em flashlightup and /em flashlightdown are missing. (Just clarifying Goliath, since it looks like /em flashlight is actually a synonym for flashlightdown. Edit: /em flashlight actually alternates between the two, just to clarify even further.)
Right now "Taunt" appears to only perform /em taunt2, and therefore /em taunt1 is missing. "Taunt" should be split into "Taunt 1" and "Taunt 2".
Other issues:
"Plot" should probably be renamed to "Scheme," as it performs /em scheme. There's technically nothing wrong with this, as /em plot is a synonym, however, as seen in the URL above, /em hmmm is a synonym for /em plotting. Seems like it would be a good idea to just side-step the potential (and existing ) confusion, and also name /em plotting "Hmmm..." on the menu.
Similarly, "Welcome" should be renamed to "You're Welcome" as that's the actual emote it performs, and in order to allow for the above missing "Welcome" emote to be added without conflict.
"Thumbsup" needs a space or a hyphen.
"GetSome" needs a space in there.
"SlashThroat" and "Handsup" also need spaces.

You do know you can put other sets into the pet that have recharge bonuses, right? Or just raw recharge SO/IOs?
The dark pet doesn't do damage. The recharge-intensive pet sets were for pets that do damage (hence why they have damage components). Why would you want to slot it for something it doesn't do?
How you got that the devs "hate dark miasma" from that just boggles me.

I could've sworn I saw "Hmmm" as an option on the new list, and I thought that the "Welcome" on the list was the "Welcome" emote, and not just the "Yes/thumbsup" emote as it had previously been. Is it too hard to make sure the emote listings match up with the commands?
You're also right about the flashlight emotes; I'd taken the time to label them appropriately on my edited quickchat and again foolishly thought that maybe whoever reworked the default list had done the same.
As for everything else ... you're still right. I'm going to bed now, seeing as I've been thoroughly sussed. Devs, listen to this person; they actually know what they're talking about, as opposed to me.

They don't, not exactly...
But I do believe it's taken disproportionately more often than most of the other choices.
*(Except for maybe /Kin for Cor's & Def's), IMHO that's because Villainside - Twilight Grasp is one of the few Heals you can solo with. That and because so many of the other Cor's, MM's, and even some Def's Secondaries simply have too many "You cannot use this power on yourself" aka Ally Only powers.
Sure that promotes teaming (in theory), but I can barely stand to play w/ the Secondaries like that have almost no powers that are helpful for soloing (especially early on).
And the other self-heal options are Transfusion - that you have to be very close to the target - not a great idea if you're needing to heal yourself.
OR, you can choose the PBAoE Heal in /Rad or /Warmth, Triage Beacon is a PITA (the long recharge), or (the fairly recent choices of) the PBAoE in /Pain Dom.

Well, all the other sets that DS has access to have recharge components. Makes more sense to slot ToHitDebuff/Recharge than Damage/Recharge in a pet that deals minimal damage but major debuffing.
