Tornado wipes out the AE building in Atlas Park... and a Nuclear Explosion wipes out the AE building in Mercy.

What kind of event would you want to happen??? That would remove these buildings from these zones?

I'd love to see a non stop rikti invasion with a mother ship hovering over it. Nothing but the Ship Raid elites spawn, in droves.

The Noobacolypse would doom the AE buildings. It would implode, and take with it all characters under 15 who've earned more than 4 AE badges.

The building turns into a giant magician hat with nothing inside. All characters inside are ejected and permanently placed in pink bunny costumes.

What I'd rather see is the MA moved from zones to only accessable via Base Supercomputer. This way you can only have a limited amount of players in a base and there will be less clutter in broadcast since most will have to take using Global Channels to advertise.

I'd vote for destruction by Rikti since we have an invasion next weekend.

Paragon City has never been terribly geologically sound, so a massive earthquake would also be nice. (Oh, those poor people who were trapped in the data stream when the power mains broke!)

Also, there's fairly significant construction in orbit, so a big deorbiting chunk of space junk would also fit the bill nicely.

Technically the AE activity Redside is in Cap au Diable.

The one in Cap is fine. For a lowbie to get there, they'd have at least been able to figure out how to use the ferry system, know how to avoid NPC mobs or have another player teleport them around.

I think most folks agree it's the one in Atlas Park which should be given the hardest shelling.

I'd love to see something like out of "Independence Day".

HUGE mothership slowly makes its way across the zone, blocking out most of the sky and casting a shadow over the city. It stops directly over the AE building. After a few minutes, a searing blast of energy erupts from it, tearing through the AE building like it was made of Legos instead of concrete and steel. Afterwards, the mothership slowly moves out of the zone, leaving nothing but a huge smoking crater where the AE building used to be.

Oooh, just thinking about it makes me all tingly.

I'm with the Commander on this one; letting Supergroup base computers do SOMETHING other than one SF would be good....but if you wanted a fun way to take out the building?

Let one of the scenarios (or maybe more than one) loose into the world...not a pretend story, not a 'what if' scenario...make it real. And let us deal with it.

Those giant floating eyeballs were just helium balloons, illuminated by a hidden movie projector.
And that Elite Brute? That was just Old Man Jenkins from the haunted amusement park. Terrible shame that you and I hit Headsplitter and Full Auto on him at the same time. Oh well, he lived a full life.

I think it would be more poetic for the devs to create a special AV strength Comm Officer that open portals that spawn multiple Honorees and the other AV at the end of the LGTF (forget his name), have about 30 of them pop into the AE with every invasion, and not disappear until defeated, rather than them leave when the invasion is over, which will be fun in itself to try and knock out possibly dozens of AVs in a small area...like the 5 year anniversary party all over again.

Call it revenge of the MEOW.
