I seem to remember DC promising me that if people paid over 250M for single IOs he'd buy me some. I may have to hunt down that chat log.

The Panacea +HP/+End just went for 1 bill blueside, and it went for 1.7 bill on redside. >.>
If I get a Tp/Def IO I will gladly list it for 1 billion.
I knew I should have sold my Panacea Heal IO for 300 million instead of 200 million, since it sold in hours...I just lost 100 million on it.

No I'm pretty sure he said PvP IO's were never going to be that expensive because people could farm them easily. Well, people are farming them now (I guarantee that's where the majority of the supply comes from), but prices are still really high on many of the pieces. I'm not complaining though, they've made me rich.

Are people doing consensual pvp farming? I ask because it may be considered an exploit, but for the reward rate, holy cow! Anyone on Victory blue-side wanna trade kills?
Actually are they only L50? I'll roll a pvp-specific character for those kinds of rewards...most of those pvp sets have really good bonuses even in pve!
600 Mill WTF!?! So I think when a single IO is going for more then a quarter of all the influence/infamy you can hold they need to raise the cap of what we can hold.
You can hold as much inf as you have market slots. Just bid 2 billion inf on an item that will never exist (like level 1 Hami-O's or level 53 LotGs). Problem solved!

It would, but even if you could get the interface to collapse 10 individual bids of 2B at a time, you would lose 18B when you clicked "Get" because there's no way to cancel just one bid out of a stack. You'd get 20B back and overflow 18B of it.
So it'd really be like you threw away an awful lot of inf.

The interface WILL stack bids of the same price on the same recipe (salvage also), so be VERY CAREFUL if you are playing around above the Inf cap.
Yeah. The "if" was only in regards to the fact that sometimes it won't do it. I'm not sure why. It's like if too much time passes it stops checking existing slots or something. It's odd.

I've heard of people getting several PvP IOs in a single set of arena fights, but yeah, there's a lot of farming going on.
OTOH, at least they don't spam broadcast about it.

I got one in a short arena fight yesterday .. nothing impressive, the Gladiator one, +Defense, lvl 29.
No outstanding bids for it.
