I don't think it will be this week. However, I would hope that we'll get the updated feature list. If I15 doesn't have more in it than what they've already told us, they should just change the name to I14a: The MA Patch.

I don't need to think about it because I know. Issue 15 will be live on all servers including test on Thursday. Release is being given to both servers due to it's late release (Only deemed late because of it's title: Anniversary.)
Make as many Dominators as you can right now because you have a little more than 2 days to prepare for it.

I also mentioned that post in the "Preparation for I15 beta" thread. Note that at the time of said post, the devs hadn't made a decision one way or another about the internal I15 build being ready to push to the Training Room. So until a redname says otherwise, it still ain't set in stone. Oh, and the appearance of that short feature over at ten ton hammer isn't necessarily indicative of anything, either.

The MA was actually issue 13b, so this would be issue 13c. It hasn't even gone to beta yet and all I care about is issue 16. It's been awhile since we had a real issue that I enjoyed.
My guess is it is being delayed partially due to the badge changes.

If you read the ten ton hammer article the TF has to do with the opening of the time capsule (which was forgotten by the devs apparently till I mentioned it something like 6 or so months ago) therefor i15 will likely be out the day that the capsule should be opened or that week which is in june or july...
