What's the best server to start a new character?

Virtue if you still like to RP, it's busy and pretty much ... roleplaying everywhere. 
I've been hearing that Triumph is kind of up and coming on the RP scene. You probably just want to skip down to the server forums and see what mood you get off each one.

Though really any of the servers are worth playing on.

I choos all of them, I have a few characters on every server, though my mains are on Liberty....all of them are great, but just remember the ones that are difficult to get toons on during stuff like double XP wekends.....have fun

Pinnacle has the RP Congress, they're pretty big

Not so much active RPing that I've seen. There seem to be more active Bios though. I rolled Triumph because it was next to last on the population scale and I love low pop servers.

Honestly? I'd reccomend Justice. There's a really nice global channel on that server and it's literally impossible to go a day without seeing tons upon tons of TF's alone, forming up. I also doubt anyone would minded if you RPed, because I knew a few who do the whole Rp thing over there.

I would say Pinnacle is more Medium Population than Low, but otherwise, that's pretty accurate.

Just because we have a massive inferiority complex here. Guardian seems to be like the kid thats always the last picked for kickball. We have a good group of people but we're not the most vocal of servers.
I think of Guardian as the suburbs of CoX.

Last time I played, I played on Virtue, since I love RP. But, before I start anew, I want to know what server is the highly populated one, and is good for new characters? Any comments?
