Ok, too many issues got crammed into this. I can only detail my situation.

<ul type="square">[*]I purchased the Super Booster I: Cyborg Pack when it was released (many months ago).[*]Today I purchased the City of Heroes: Architect Edition[*]When I upgraded my account with the AE code, it gave me the option to chose either Cyborg Pack or Magic Pack.[/list]
This is different than just purchasing the Magic Pack code, which appears to be unavailable at this time.

I chose to purchase the CoH:AE because I feel it makes more sense economically.
