Just got booted from Virtue with a "Lost connection to the server". When I relogged, I'm now in a queue for 400+ people? O.o

The admin channel is and always has been a means for the devs to let us know when there are difficulties, the servers are going down, or anything else related directly to some type of an issue. Begging for people to join your team and or chatting it up with randoms is not what it's for.
I absolutely appreciate the fact that Zwil is very involved in the community, and I certainly don't wish that to change. That being said, he is causing us to want to ignore admin messages and that's detrimental to our game. We NEED to pay attention to that admin channel as it's where we get important information when something happens in short amount of time. We shouldn't be encouraged to ignore it simply because someone is lonely. -
I have all maps purchased in AE. There are no options to purchase anything else. After going through the Prae maps again, the tech ones are there. They just don't seem as white as I remember. I guess my memory is playing tricks on me. I could have sworn they were white and not a dull grey.
As for the office ones, I haven't come across any that were what I was looking for. -

Anyway, I'm wondering if there are certain Praetorian Maps available...
I don't remember what all of them are called but I'll try to describe them as best I can.
- Tech maps similar to the map used in Lambda. The labs are a shiny white. Doesn't need to be that map in particular, just that style.
- Any of the important offices in Prae. Cole's, Marchards(sp?), the office you confront BackAlley's girlfriend....
There are so many Praetorian style maps that I can't seem to find. Thanks in advance! -

I'm having similiar issues that some have noted having, but I will copy/paste my issue here to keep information compiled.
Ages ago on my account, as I've had it for years, I've bought multiple character slots, filled them up with characters, and generally had no issues (current ongoing issues accessing beta aside). Today I went to delete a character, to make another character with some friends, and after deleting the character, the slots are no longer available. I try deleting another low level, same deal.
It seems I've basically "lost" character slots at some point, which is rather frustrating to say the absolute least. So for now, I can't create any new characters. Anyone have any experience with this? As its the weekend, sending a ticket in what accomplish much, and they already have an active ticket with me over beta anyhow, heh.

When the store comes back up, those slots will return. They aren't lost, just not available at the moment.
Either way, it's a pain the rear end and this type of issue should have been fixed a LONG time ago. -
Seriously. So annoying. So that's almost a day of not being able to use my slots. If this is any indication of what we have to look forward to with Freedom, I might have to rethink the VIP status I was going to be keeping.

Heh. The best part is people in Beta were trying to argue that the NCSoft store was soooooo reliable.
Funny....I don't have access to my purchased slots. Imagine that. And it's a wonder why we're so weary about another store. -
There is a Rikti invasion taking place in Atlas right now. The lag is beyond ridiculous. My ping is over 1000. I tried to leave to go to Steel and it literally took 2 minutes for the tram to even show up.

I'm pretty sure AP just crashed on Virtue. Lost connection to the database, tried to log back in and now it says my character is logging out.

I'm experiencing the same issue as well and it's really annoying.
A temp fix for it I use is that after I hit "Match accross powerset/all powersets" is click the "back" button, then go into the powers tab again. The color Scheme will still be applied, but the lag will be gone. -

The Praetorian bashing gets so lame. Not directing this at anyone in particular, but seriously. Get over it.
Going Rogue introduced Praetoria and brought with it a buttload of new stories, not to mention gave some of the CoH's lore an ACTUAL physical place we could go. It also ties into everything quite well. Why all the hate? So you blew through it all in a week, who's fault is that?

I don't see anything that looks like a fix for the apparent memory leak in the trials. When I run the Lambda Sector trial for the Master badge, the memory footprint of the game increases constantly, eventually causing severe graphics lag, and ultimately the game crashes. Usually when there's only a minute or two left before Marauder is defeated, so by the time I get logged back in I've missed out on the reward.
I installed the nVidia drivers from a few days ago (using an nVidia GTX 460). -
Copied a toon over today at around 11:20am, it's now 4:28pm and the toon still isn't there.
Some acknowledgement would be nice. Is the tool officially down? How long till it's back up? Is it broken? It really irritates me that it can sometimes take such a stupidly long time to get official word on some things. It really only takes seconds to check if it's down, post and say "It's down, we're on it." That has to be my biggest issue with this game. Lack of communication when something hits the fan. My other issue is when the copy tool IS down, it's down for like....weeks (Maybe an exaggeration, maybe not). -
I haven't experienced it really since moving to formed teams rather than queued teams. I'll see if I can test it out at some point this weekend.
I will however say, the League window randomly detaches itself and it's hard to notice if you don't pay attention. When it does, and you try to move/fix it sometimes it's in such a position that the quit button gets pushed. It's obnoxious when this happens just before you enter a trial and you end up quitting before you go in. Very....frustrating. -

You can also wait for the fix that's coming from the Devs. They mentioned the XP issue in their list of bugs that they're working on. That might fix it for you, and you can continue to play with SP2.

Since there is maintenance going on with both the Live servers as well as the scheduled Account maintenance, I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's probably responsible

For starters, the servers are down for maintenance right now. Not saying you don't have an issue, just that there isn't much that can be done to determine what the issue is till Live is back up
