and the old issue with the waist Capes, al they'd need to do is make the belt have an option of Belt cape, Tada

now HOW dowes this tie into I 14?, well they gotta fix things anyways, and you know people want to make Arachnos NPC's and characters, So this would be the best time to fix that little mess up.. you know they one that was caused by makeing the Arachnos characters like everything else non epic?, yeah that one AKA the NERF =-)

speaking of i14... if they're in "closed beta" and all we've heard is "mission architect"... does this mean that's all that's going to be in i14?

or is someone just not telling folks anything about i14 other than the MA?

Was wondering if thered be a supergroup Mission option available at some point... where you trade exp and inf for dbl prestige somthing like the enter sg mode button, or an sg based police scanner

And we may get an SG interface at some time in the future, but that is not confirmed. Only strongly implied.

Or did I miss your point completely?

Been hinted at that there might be a few more things RELATED to MA in issue 14. HOWEVER, they've been hinting for a while now (months actually) that because of all the complex work related to MA, issue 14 is pretty much generally all about MA.

Issue 15 is the one that returns to the good stuff, though no word on what yet. (Though one can assume from various dev comments, its back to powerset prolif, some dev created content, etc, etc).

EDIT: Not to imply that Issue 14 isn't good stuff. Cause it is. Actually it's more like EPIC WIN stuff.

All kidding aside, isn't this kind of long for a closed beta? Isn't it usually like "2 weeks closed, 2 weeks open" or am I misremembering? I'm starting to wonder if I14 will be live in March at all...

EDIT: Wow, I was way off. It looks like I13 spent almost two full months getting through the betas before going live. If the schedule is similair, at least next week is looking pretty good.

Anyone heard if there will be an option to "load character" like for example, if I want the villain in a mission to be my level 50 dominator, will I have to actually recreate her IN the system, or will I be able to just say "use Psychic Violet"

[/ QUOTE ]We haven't gotten any indication that you can just say "use Psychic Violet", but you can load a costume file (saved from the Tailor), and after that it's just selecting which powersets the character has.

Ah ok cool. Also, will you be able to "break archetype" with custom villains, like for exampe a few storm powers and a few dark powers, or will you be limited to the same archetypes as characters?

I believe we get "pick any two powersets", though the critters more than likely won't be getting all 9 powers from each set.

Well right i just was wondering cause of my character Anya Lupescu she's a werewolf with darkness and storm powers (in game she is minus the storm powers since I made her a claws/regen stalker, will get the "dark" from Ghost Widow)

So it might be possible for you to pick Claws and Storm Summoning if you'd like. But I don't think you'll be able to combine Claws, Regen, Dark and Storm powers in the same character.

Right, wouldn't be any need to really.. if I could I'd probably do her as dark/storm for the actual archvillain version heh.

So, from what the devs said, we could make like Frostfire, that has really two primaries so he gets both Jack Frost AND Imps?

So each player (I'm assuming this means account) can only have three uploaded missions/story arcs active at one time?

Lame.

I have way more than three ideas for great story arcs, and I'll guarantee many others do as well.

I didn't expect any limit on the number of missions you could post, but if there must be one, make it higher.

You can swap your published stories in & out pretty much at will. There's a limit on how fast you can swap them, but it was described as measured in seconds, to keep the server traffic manageable.

There is no word either way on whether we'll be able to acquire more slots in the future, or if they'll increase the limit once the initial rush dies down.

Also, if one of your arcs makes Hall of Fame or Dev's Choice, that will free up one of your slots.
