Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter the SG base editor.
2. Pick any square in the floor, and use the elevation tool to "fill" it, raising it as if it were a wall.
3. Drag any storage item inside the wall. All the way in, embed the storage item inside the raised wall.

Result: you can't lower the wall to access the items you embedded. You also can't move the items you embedded out of the wall. You can use the "Current Room" button to confirm that they're there, but you can't even delete them because they have stuff inside. This leads to being unable to access the stored items, and being unable to delete the room, because you need to delete those storage items, and you can't reach them.

Unintended(?) side effect of the ability to embed items inside floors or other items. THe work around is to change your camera view. For floor problems, switch to a "looking through the floor" viewpoint and grab your storage item that way. On the plus side, this let's us make "private storage" that is only accessible to people with base editing privledges. If you want to retrieve your items, edit base, and move storage out of the floor... exit editor, retrieve items, re-enter editor, and re-hide your storage.

It's a "Feature" not a "bug" :-)

Its all servers/zones as far as I'm aware. During I13 beta run on Test BaB said that the devs implemented that change by design to prevent a certain exploit (that no one could really figure out).

Its not just Sprint... its either all travel powers or all toggles in general. I usually deactivate my travel power AFTER I begin my attack on a given spawn (or switch travel powers... say Fly to Hover) to save on endurance. I usually do this by turning the travel power on.... advancing on a spawn, target a mob, queue an attack and as that attack is animating I hit the key that turns off the travel power so that it deactivates during the activation period. Now, I cannot do that, and find myself either spending significantly more endurance than I would like (by not bothering to turn off the toggle) or by causing a significant gap in my opening attack chain (which HAS lead to a couple of my toons face-planting as I repeatedly hit the key that detoggles the travel power that particular toon is using).

I bugged it last night for emphasis, but BaB stated that the devs are discussing it in order to see if there is a way to still prevent the exploit and not degrade the QoL for players in general who are affected by the change (many of whom voiced their opinions in the original thread).
BaB resorted to sarcasm, which didn't help matters any... and after that communication by BaB, nothing has yet been done to address the issue (most likely because there were/are bigger bugs to stomp out prior to- and post- i13's drop to Live.)
I am hopeful that it gets addressed relatively soon though... it puts a major "cramp in my style" as it were.

Bug Description: Moving an inspiration bin can DELETE ALL ITS CONTENTS.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter the SG base editor.
2. Move an inspiration bin with items from a room to another.
3. Look inside.

Result: sometimes, ALL the contents of the inspiration bin will be gone. I lost a bunch of ambrosia and presents. KidLazarus lost a bunch of tier 3 inspirations.

If a shield using character has their shield put away or you use a character that doesn't have a shield, the attack does not animate, the attack still happens and damage is done but no attack animation is played. I bugged this last night as well, however, I was able to get the GSA to animate *sometimes*. If another power is queued up, the GSA draw animation would play, but then the attack animation would not. If a weapon-based power had been used and the weapon was still drawn, the same thing would happen. Also, if a weapon was drawn and the GSA was clicked without a target, then the GSA would draw but the weapon would remain as well (which resulted in an odd sword-axe combo thing). The only time I could get the GSA attack animation was when I opened my attack chain with it - then it worked as it always has.

Not a bug, has always been like this. Its because the pets have like Negative 75% Resist All, including healing apparently.
My D3 routinely heals her Wisp for around 1400hp- too bad badge progress only counts the HP you actually restore.

Thanks for the info. I face planted last night running my 18 lvl PB because of endurance and not being able to detoggle. Runners that run around a building force you to sprint or lose them and when you run into another mob I have always been able to detoggle and fight . This is just annoying .

Chain Induction will not "Chain Shock" but maybe once or twice in a whole day on my 1st build. This toon was made back when elec/elec first came out (Issue 7?). Since Issue 12 (Yea I know it's not an i13 bug for you flamers out there) it has stopped working. My NEW post-issue12 elec melee brute it works always. The second build set for my pre-12 brute it works. Why would it not work on build 1 but work on build2? I did a respec of build1 and still nothing.

This is status quo behavior when they change a power.
if you respec the efected build, it will update to the new power code. until then, you "get to keep" the old power effects. ANCIENT tanks are still rolling around the game, with benifits from long ago(pre-i3?) and until they respec... they get to keep their old powers.

If any of your builds have the backpack, they ALL have the backpacks. Don't remember if it's WAI, or they just don't know how to fix it yet.... but it's "known"

Ran respec on the Build 1 and same thing. Also during respec I kept getting an error message saying there is something wrong with my character and had option to go to login screen or to the desktop.

As for Crab Packs..Really hope this is something that gets fixed.. For one it goes out of context for the VEAT when in Bane..and Two.. That Crab Pack really gets in my line of sight..don't like it much at all.

Bug Description: The font size used in my chat box is several sizes larger than the chat displayed elsewhere, and even the size of the chat box. Often, I can't read what I'm typing because it's so large. If I hit enter, it displays the normal size--but any text that has been typed without hitting enter is a larger size and is difficult to read.

Bug Description: Tranq Dart gives sleep anima but is still able to attack if has a gun.

Bug Description:Pets on my MM are pausing between target for 20+sec some times up to 40 sec before they will attack next target. This is only when in close. If they have to move to max range to attack first then everything works fine.

Got to love having to get out a pad of papper just to start writing down all the bugs that are going on. YEAH great Issue, NOT!!!!!!

One of our Coalition members was in a respec last night and in the middle of the respec it put up a large "respec failed" and he lost ALL of his IO's that he was putting into the slots. Everything is gone.

We told him to petition and see if they could set his character back a day or two and get him his stuff back.

Man I hope they can help him. ALL that money and time gone...

Map docks itself after being moved

A couple of times last night, I moved the map to where I prefer it to be, only to find it back in its docking position after I closed and reopened it.

I tried to replicate it a few times after that but could not.

Bug Description: Using the Broadsword - Slice power a PBAOE cone. If the target is out of range and running away and you queue up the Slice Power and start to chase it down. When you get in range the power does not fire if you and the target are running. Once character stops the Slice power fires. If I queue up Hack or Slash powers when I move into range the power fires while the character and target are both moving.

Bug Description: I was hit by a Freakshow Tesla Cage while under the effects of Mastermind Pain Domination - Enforced Morale, and was still slept. The mag of the sleep was less than the protection granted by EM, making me believe this is a bug.

Another thing I noticed - this happened more than once (i.e. being mezzed through EM). It seems to be happening toward the end of Enforced Morale's duration, but while the power is still affecting me. I went to check the real numbers for EM to see if its mag was less than the stun/sleep that was on me, but all that was showing in the real numbers was the +perception bonus. Perhaps the power is bugged and the +perception lasts longer than the mez protection/+speed/+recharge (all the benefits are supposed to last 90 seconds)?

Due to changes in the chat system, color tags aren't being read right. A fix is in the works, I've heard, but it's not high-priority.

Lost Set Bonus in Adjusted Targeting.

Bug Description: Adjusted Targeting IO set no longer grants its +2% damage set bonus for having two slotted in a single power. I noticed this because my global damage bonuses were smaller in the Combat Attributes monitor. In the detailed monitor I can account for the bonuses I retain as coming from other sets, and there are no 2% bonuses listed. This is new as of I13.

I ctually got patrol xp while logged in. I went to the tailor with my new lvl 1 to put wings on her, and when I was done I noticed that I had a full bar of patrol xp. This was yesterday on virtue.

Reloading a Saved Costume onto a New Character Fails if a Crafted Wings Recipe is Part of Costume

Bug Description: Red text at bottom of costume load screen: Failed to load. Could not find a match for part 18. Costume creator may not have access to that costume part.

It's clear what's happened here: the crafted wings aren't available to the new character. That's obviously correct. What is less clear is how to know this in advance. Perhaps when first saving a costume with crafted/unlocked items, a message could appear warning that the costume contains unique item(s) and may not load onto characters without access to those items. That would avoid ugly surprises (like if I deleted the original character, remade, amd tried to pull up the saved costume for the new character). The system appears to run a check for unique costume parts when loading; why not one when saving, with appropriate warnings?

Bug Description: costume creator will not change colors to any parts of costume except for pants. random default colors remain even if the 'copy current colors across all' button is check, unchecked, then rechecked. Colors seem to 'unlock' once the cotume part menu buttons are clicked and expanded.

I'd be happy to be able to login on a consistent basis. The day I13 went live, I couldn't login, kept getting time out / network issue / login server error. But I could login to the test server just fine.

Day two, I was able to login to the live server with no problems. Ran some missions with the SG, had a great time.

Now it is day 3, and I cannot login to either the live or test server. Live has resumed the same error as before, and the test server gives me a DBserver error after a bit of time from clicking on on Training Room.

I've never had a problem after any update to the game. However, with I13 it seems to be non-stop. On the first day there were several post concerning this problem, and I chocked it up to server overload. After getting logged in the second day I thought things were back to normal. Now, I don't know what the problem may be.

For those that may be thinking password, internet connection, account time, etc... I've been able to login, and I'm not getting an incorrect password error. As I'm posting this, I can obviously connect to the internet, and I've been able to login before. As for account time, I did get an account time expired today immediately upon clicking the login button as it was due, and I put in a 60day time card code. When I attempted to login after that, it went back to the time out error that I had been getting before.

If anyone can assist, or if the dev team that monitor the forums can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
