Bug Description: I had approximately 7.75 bars of experience into level 31, plus patrol experience surpassing level 32. I levelled up during the mission, and was approximately a bar into 32. I then logged out during the mission to help a friend on another server while my SG mates finished up that mission. When I logged back in, I was level 31, 0 experience into the level, there was no level up arrow inside the circle by my health bar, and clicking my name still showed up in white (indicating that I have trained fully). In all I lost about 11 bars of experience.

Bug Description: While doing a paper mission I died. When I died I needed a half a bar to level, decided to go to the hospital instead of waiting for the last bar and a rez. Upon zoning into the hospital I needed 3.5 bars to level. I returned to the mission and zoned in, still needed 3.5 bars to level. After the next mob I map served. Upon logging back on I had leveled. Unlike some people I seem to have gotten my XP back, but it was still gone for awhile.

I have tried to ask questions about some of the other (what I eel are bugs) things that are going on with the game, to Devs and Ex. I have gotten no answer from them and there for have CXLed my Accounts. I am tired of the GO [censored] yourself tude from the devs and the forum team.

Dev's With all the Great new content, Please!! dont forget to fix the bugs with the old content. There is a storm a brewing because they are not getting fixed. If its a problem that no one is reporting them? Well Maybe you need to look at your tech support then..
I apologize if this was covered elsewhere; I did search and found no other word elsewhere, however. I do believe this is a bug, and will be saddened if it is not.
Smoke Grenade for Night Widows, IO sets

Bug Description: SoA Night Widow's Smoke Grenade does not take Accurate To-hit Debuff sets.
It does take To-hit Debuff sets, and Accuracy enhancements, and it is NOT an autohit power in PvE (or PvP to my knowledge). I hope this is just a bug/oversight with the power, and not working as intended.

Bug Description:
I was completing a Story arc through the flashbacks option called "A Hero's Hero" with 2 other teammates. When the final mission completed, we each got 19 Merits rewarded. I decided to remain in the mission to clear out more mobs. At this time, we had not yet spoken to the contact and in the navigator it said "Mission Complete" with an exit button beside it. When each teammate logged off or left the team, I was awarded another 19 merits for each character. However the reward only took effect once for a player's first log out. I reported this and shortly afterwars the patch may have fixed that.

Bug Description: Not sure if this is a bug or intentional change - I admit I haven't played this toon much since he dinged 50 - anywho - the thugs/enforcers/bruiser no longer stay on Attack Aggressive once the "target" has been defeated, they will just stand there, even when surrounded by baddies, they switch back to follow mode after each individual defeat until I click the Attack icon. Did I miss a PVE update for this set ? Thanks for any feedback.

Build Up power not granting full buff

Bug Description: My level 46 Fire/WP scrapper is having a problem with Build Up. He is getting only 46.4% damage boost from it, rather than the normal 100%. The To Hit component is unaffected, and he still gets the expected 20%.
When build Up is triggered, the damage monitor shows his damage bonus going from 3% (from IO set bonuses) to 49.4%.
He is not (and never has been) in a PvP zone. This happened in a mission, in Peregrine Island, in Orobouros, and in Talos.
A few people in the channel mentioned that they were experiencing a problem with build Up giving lower than expected damage bonuses, although no one mentioned a bonus as low as 46.4%. Others were seeing between 60% and 82%. I did not gather their AT and level information.

For my level 26 Broadsword Scrapper I get a 100% shown in real numbers for the BU buff but the total damage buff as 88.75% (for the record, it's 80.47% in Siren's Call).
If I use a small Enrage insp first, I get 25% from it plus 100% from Build Up for a total of 113.75% (still 11.25% short). Similarly with Against All Odds. With it giving a 33.1% buff for three foes (It should be 37.5% shouldn't it? So it appears to be missing 11.7% of the buff) plus 100% from Build Up I get a 121.88% total. So BU is only giving 88.75% there too.
Build Up works correctly on the other Scrappers I tested: Spines (L50 Spines/Reg), Fire Melee (L48 Fire/Fire) and Katana (L40 Kat/DA and L11 Kat/SR).
Looking at Brutes, Stalkers and Tankers quickly I see the correct numbers for Energy Melee (L50 EM/Inv Brute), Martial Arts (L13 MA/Nin Stalker), Dark Melee (L36 DM/Reg Stalker) and Fire Melee (L50 Stone/Fire) on those ATs.
I only checked one Blaster, a L50 Fire/En, who received a 100% buff as expected as well.
[Note:] It just occurred to me that all of the characters whose BU tested as correct are pre-I13 characters. The one with the error was created after I13 launch.

Private Tells are not sending all the information. "[Tell]Mr. Funny, Hey dude, Whatcha up to?" became "[Tell]?"
Another time was just "[Tell]". Backspace doesn't work when this happens as even the character's name is missing--Quick Reply just fails.
It appears to happen only soon after I've logged in or zoned to/from a mission map. Most often it's only the first tell after Logging/Zoning. Possibly it's when one right clicks the Friends Tab to send the tell. I've yet to see if this happens with a Global Tell.
The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.

Bug Description: Many of the text parameters are broken. Before i13 went live I saw it on test (but not on live) and reported it. Nothing was done to correct it and now it is broken on Live and Test. Specifically you can no longer change the color of your text using the sliders. No matter what you change it too in your options window it will still be black text on a white background. No manual setting or binds using the commands/args :color :bgcolor :scale work either. It will say the command rather than execute it i.e. if i type "say <scale 2.75><bgcolor red><color white> Hello Ms. Liberty" It should put a large red bubble with white text over my head that says "Hello Ms.Liberty"
instead it puts a white bubble with black text over my head that says "<scale 2.75><bgcolor red><color white> Hello Ms. Liberty" it is therefore ignoring the commands to modify the text.
In short both the sliders and the manual commands are failing to modify the text.
Ever since I13 the chat bubble color is gone.

Chat text entry cursor does not honor click location for placement

Bug Description: Chat text entry cursor often does not honor click location for placement. To replicate:
1) Fill the chat text entry field so that there are almost the maximum allowable number of characters. Do NOT click Enter/Return.
2) Position the cursor over the chat text entry field, anywhere in the last half of the characters, or following the characters at the end of the line.
3) Click the mouse to insert the text entry cursor into the chat text entry field.
4) Observe the position of the text entry cursor: it is not where the user clicked, it is in a seemingly random location eleseware in the chat text entry field, usually near the front of middle of the line.
Note: This bug can sometimes be reproduced with less text present in the chat text entry field, or by clicking in the first half of the characters, but is more consistently seen with the steps provided above. The only way to work around this bug when it occurs (which is 90% frequency for me), is to use the arrow keys to move left and right through the characters. Using the arrow keys to navigate is a painfully slow way to scroll in the chat text entry field, which users need to do, to correct misspellings and modify chat content before sending. Of all the bugs this one is the one most important to me to fix, as it slows down my ability to chat, interfereing with the primary reason I play, which is to stay in touch with and chat with friends. This bug is new to issue 13.

Sender name in Private Tell is truncated, with blank message

Bug Description: The sender name in received Private Tell is sometimes truncated, with a blank message. Frequency is maybe one out of every few hundred received private tells. In these tells, half or more characters of the first part of the senders name is missing. Attempting to reply does not reveal who sent the private tell, which is ignored: what is used instead is the last received private tell that had a complete name. This makes it impossible to know who sent it, unless they happen to be on the Global list, and even then takes time to figure out and disambiguate. I've had about 25 teammates confirm they are experiencing this, which they refer to as "The chat bug", "ate the tell" "lost tell" etc.
This bug causes extreme irritation when people are hoping to be invited to teams and wonder if they are missing invites, or offending globals and friends by "ignoring' their tells. Its also embarassing when you send a tell to a global or friend list person asking if they sent a tell that was eaten, and they reply it wasn't sent by them, sorry.

Bug Description: I have noticed in the past that when I try to log into Grandville with any toon the first time I will often lose my connection and have to login again (having to type my password and everything.) Now that Day Jobs have been initiated when this occurs I also gain no patrol XP nor do I gain any day job time towards the power or badge.

Bug Description: Japanese text input no longer works. Before I13, I was able to switch to Japanese text input when typing into the chat box. However, now when I switch it over, it no longer shows the (JP) symbol and text (Japanese or English) no longer shows up when I type.

Bug Description: Two of my villain characters somehow got the Criminal badge early. Neither of them is level 50, neither of them has been logged out for 21 days total, and neither of them has used up 21 bars of Patrol XP. One of them used maybe 2 bars, the other one hasn't used any. The badge is supposed to be awarded for either using up 30 bars of Patrol XP, or spending 30 days total logged out on a L50 character. Neither character has filled any of those requirements.
I've hear the numbers were reduced to 21 instead of 30- if that applies to this badge as well, then they haven't used 21 bars of Patrol XP either, nor have they been logged out for 21 days total.

Tested-
Unbuffed Corruptor was able to move freely over Quicksand and Ice Slick while SS was active. Did not test with any other travel power.
Please review how all powers designed to slow movement are reacting to travel powers.

Bug with NPCs in Airlia's mission

Bug Description: The mission starts with Fortunata Bramlett, who later morphs into Sybil Bramlett. The Fortunata version is combative, but can not be buffed (such as by Speed Boost). The Sybil version is non-combative but can be buffed, she even states in the dialog she can't use her powers while undercover. The buffing aspect is backwards. The initial Fortunata version should be combative and buffable, the later Sybil version should be non-combative and non-buffable. (Note: in the first mission of this chain Fortunata Bramlett is not combative and not buffable. I'm not sure if that's correct or not, but at least it's consistent with itself.)

Bug Description: Randomly attacked by nothing.
A number of my characters, while traveling to missions, have suddenly taken large amounts of damage out of nowhere. There was no animation of any kind, and none of the missions had scripted ambushes, the character just suddenly had a big red number pop up over them. Many of these instances took place in zones where the character was vastly higher level than the maximum level for enemies in the zone. Looking at it in the combat log, there is a message reading "Something attacks you for XX.XX damage!".

Imagine my surprise when I entered the costume creator and saw some bizarre changes to my costume that I had not even made. Not only that, but charges for the changes were listed. No big deal, just change it back to the original, right? So I did, and much to my chagrin, the charges remained. So I make the changes I really wanted, and the charges for that are added. In the end I was being double charged. I was being charged for changes I didnt make + changes I did. Bug report sent.

I reported this in game, but something similar happened to me and my SO as well in the last couple days. (We're not sure if we got the XP yesterday or the day before.) We both had XP turned off, yet after turning it back on, both were awarded 2 levels, from 18 to 20. Didn't realize it until we went to try to get Penelope Yin yesterday and she refused to give us missions and moved immediately to inactive contacts.

For the record, I too, did this arc from Laura Brunetti a few days ago with my toon, "Condor Man" on Liberty. I too, did not recieve any rewards, just some influence upon completing. Didn't think to petition it at the time.
