Theme/Concept: Shadow Syndicate is the Praetorian Earth version of Fusion Force! Most of our Shadow Syndicate villains are the evil couterparts of our Fusion Fusion Heroes, however this is not a requirement to join.
Activity: We are primarily a PVE group. With our coalition members, we have 100+ active and semi-active members. There are typically 25-30 members online every night either on the heroes or villain side. Thursday evenings are considered our "Villain coalition" night. There are usually a few villain teams running specifically that night, with other teams running throughout the week. We use our forums to plan SFs, badge missions, and VG events. We are mostly an East Coast group, but have members in the other 3 US time zones and one in the Netherlands. Our "prime-time" would be 7PM to Midnight Eastern.
Requirements for Membership: New members must be at least 18 years of age. We have a 90-day activity policy on Shadow Syndicate. Members over 90 days out are kicked from the VG only if additional space is needed and are welcome to return when they come back. You must have one free global channel available to join Fusion Force Global.

Theme/Concept: Developing furture Arch-Villains is our goal. We have a good mix in our leadership as 1 side is more pvp and the other is more pve, (i.e. something for everyone). We base our promotions off prestige earned and give infamy and recipe bonuses. The main focus of the sg is the Arch-Villain badge and helping others to achieve it as it is a requirement for a star lvl promotion. All said and done, this sg was created to help any player esp. new ones get started on a good foot. We, who have played awhile, all wonder how much better we would have been if someone had told us "that one thing" at the beginning. Last, the only dumb question is one not asked then when asked laughed at later.
Activity: During the week, we have average activity but the weekend brings the numbers. as in most sgs
Requirements for Membership: Play in sgmode til at least lvl 34. We monitor the 15 day offline mark but we make exceptions (we have lives too). No foul or abusive chat in sg or coal channels. We're a fresh new VG, although our SG has been going strong for over 3 months now and we're hoping to get some more redside action going! We're constantly doing TFs/SFs/Trials spontaneously each day while having a blast! 
We're all a friendly bunch and are all willing to help each other with anything.
Couple things I want to point out are how most of us hate farming and PLing, so it's probably best not to ask. Most of us don't enjoy PVP either, but there are some who do. We're more about enjoying story content in game like well-thought out toons, story arcs, TFs/SFs/Trials, the occasional Mothership Raid, etc.
[u] Theme/Concept:[u] This VG is the SG Cinnamon Aura's counterpart, so our shtick is dessert and deliciousness, although we joke that food is off topic.
