*NEW* Color Palette Costume Contest!

Questions:
Does this contest include bios and powers, or is it all about the costume?
And for those just showing up and having trouble with the pallete Naz posted, we get the palletes from kuler.com (Chisoku's innovation!) and match them to CoH as well as possible - so that's what's going on on the bottom with the two similarly-colored pallet strips - the top is the kuler.com version and the bottom is the CoH match. White "circles" mark the colors in the CoH character creator - the scribbled out one doesnt count, and neither does the black in the upper left.

Droids - It's all about the costume. You can write one if you want, but it's not necessary for this.

Well, sorry about that last contest; I was just FLOODED with work for the past two weeks; AP's aren't an easy thing.
Anyway, I guess I could enter this as a contestant. Here's my entry: Cromus the Mighty : The confused Barbarian from the past!
...Trust me, if you're attempting an unorthodox idea for this pallete, it is going to be tough.

Yeah <;_;> Getting used to my new compie; the special graphic effects seem to make everything darker. Prettier - but darker.

Use this color palette to design a brand new hero or villain. Entries must use ALL of the colors, and are due Saturday, May 3rd.
I'll take on the role of judge, and my entries (just for fun) will be excluded from the contest.
