Oftentimes, we're defined not so much in the moment of experience itself as in our response to the experience. Do we quit or rebound? Do we harbor bitterness or choose to forgive? Do we blame or improve? Whatever the case, the experiences in our lives profoundly touch us.

Look at that word blame. It's just a coincidence that the last two letters spell the word me. But that coincidence is worth thinking about. Other people or unfortunate circumstances may have caused you to feel pain, but only you control whether you allow that pain to go on. If you want those feelings to go away, you have to say: 'It's up to me.'

Praise is one of the world's most effective teaching and leadership tools. Criticism and blame, even if deserved, are counterproductive unless all other approaches have failed.

Amazingly, when we throw out our blame list and start becoming more ourselves - the difference is everything else will begin to change around us.

I blame the idea that if people supported a healthy lifestyle, they would not be overweight. It made me lose 30 lbs in under 2 months. =P

Exactly, we smuggled a lot of our goodies from freedom in the character transfers. I have let my sgmate know that if and when all sides are full, we are to release some to the public. I mean sure we could sell them to the market and get enough influence to several months of hosted cc's but it is SO MUCH MORE GRATIFYING to see a mass fellowship under the almighty butt of Atlas!

If it wasn't for you contestants, we'd just be spamming AP. Of course your suggestions are important!

We are in the business in providing results. Our philosophies, activities, and attitudes in DDH revolve around each day striving to be better tomorrow than we were yesterday.

How exactly are we punishing them for not checking the forums? They don't lose anything, then again they 'may' not gain anything. We promote forum use each contest so if you use the forums, you will have an advantage over those who don't. Those who still do not use the forums are only punishing themselves. Knowledge not invested is knowledge wasted.

First off, I would like to thank everyone for attending and also thank you all for your interests and feedback. As always, I will consolidate all constructive ideas and bring them forward to our weekly SG Alcoholics UnAnonymous meeting. This next contest will have a deeper focus on the palette itself, I hope that answers several potential inquiries. Be sure to let your friends know about the contest!

ZPMG my personal trainer is a cross between Jillian from Biggest Loser and Jack Bauer from 24! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Verily, as long as it is not at 10pm on a Sunday (EST) We only take up ~30 minutes of Pinny's time each week with this. =)

Feel free to record such exploits however and send the to DDH HQ in a self addressed stamped envelope or $1 USD to register for more exciting influence and prizes!

Generally there is no set theme, we try to get theme information out as early as possible to give potential contestants the opportunity to operate at their fullest potential. Also weekly the judges tend to change as do their criteria in judging. Not every week is a best of the best competition neither. From time to time we select most generic, most gaudy, most god awful, and other spur of the moment decisions. Rest assured if I am the acting emcee of a costume contest, there is something up my sleeve, it is usually up to the discretion of the acting emcee to determine predisposed themes and/or spur of the moment changes for the weeks costume contest. The same character is ineligible to final two weeks in a row, but the same account can final two weeks in a row. Bios are generally disregarded but sometimes they are the only requisite to final. Prizes increase and become more exotic for each side of the square completed. Ultra rares and rare procs have been seen given away when all four sides are connected.

To be in the finals which are held in the SG Base every Sunday Night, you must fulfill the following requirements:
You must meet or exceed a judges requirement to be selected.
You must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to accept an invite into the judging team.
You must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to utilize a base portal.
You must be able to accept the right base location when porting via aforementioned base portal.
You must be able to follow instructions and be present at the screenshot and finale judging stage.
You must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to accept cash from the banker on the costume contest.

Standard restrictions apply. Entering the contest does not guarantee a spot in the finals nor does it guarantee you influence or prizes. Not accepting an invite for the judging team denotes an immediate forfeit of placing, mention, screenshot, influence, and prizes. Prizes are subject to change.
