Do Eochai and Jack in Irons spawn in random zones this year too? is there a different badge for killing them there?

The trick or treat areas are level restricted ie: a lvl 50 can't click on a door in st.martial and trick or treat. However a lvl 50 can in grandville and any other typcially lvl 50 area.

Yeah. It is pretty disappointing getting a plain badge like that. Definitely a lot less interesting that way.

That said, this is the first Halloween event I've participated in, and it's a lot of fun. The costumes are awesome. I wish they would last longer than two weeks though!

Ok I'm 3/4 of the way to a new costume what lvl zone is croatoa? And how do I get to it without a base?

One would think 2D badge art would be much easier to do than making 3D character and world textures

It's a 25-35 level zone, but the costume slot contact is just off the train, so there's very little danger there. You can get to Croatoa from the Green Line.

Nope, just standard zones (city zones for heroes).

It's lvls 25-35 (AFAIR). Take the Green Line in Steel, IP, Talos, etc. to get to it.
