Same thing here.
I also picked the Axe and can't respec my Kheldin now.
I am still not receiving all the rewards I have been cleared for. Account shows reward time equal to 2 yrs 2 mos., when I log in I only get up to the 18 month mark.
Can this be a "known issue"?

its funny, the only time my chat window takes up the whole screen is when i try to do exactly what he says to do, to try to lower settings for the raid

Wings switch to SG colors when in SG mode even if SG colors deselected in the options screen. I can't use one of my costumes beacuse of it.
Wings also don't turn invisible with the rest of the body, but I'm not too worried about that.

I entered a coalition supergroup base from the Talos portal, intending to port to Perez. The program got stuck on the loading screen and had to three-finger-salute my way out.

The story arc icon may be randomly popping up. My teammate and I were doing missions for Timothy Raymond of Nerva Arch. in CoV. As seen on Red Tomax's site. We duoed the elimination of Kit'Vul, and received the icon after completing the kidnapping of the Crey Scientists. We realized something was up when he was given Thornbird, and I was given Timothy's sister. We completed his Thornbird, where he recieved Timothy's sister. We duoed that one, and I received Thornbird. We completed *that* one, and both of us recieved Save the Arachnos Lab.
This was a play-by-play of our first night with Timothy. We haven't yet gotten to wiping out the Rikti--which is the start of the ACTUAL story arc.

Carnies are disappearing in my PI safeguard mission during the "prevent the jailbreak" side mission, the spawns with the Ring Mistress will disappear leaving the RM and the PPD but I am unable to free the PPd since it still reads the other spawn being there.

That might be related to how a story arc can open up for you before even doing the starting mission [which was impossible to tell before the icons of course]. This is what led so many of us to be stuck with grey arcs at higher levels - even if you never take the actually starting mission for the arc, the arc can still be opened and locked into one of the arc slots. I guess what you saw with the icon is this happening in real time at least we have an indicator now.
There seems to be a new client-side memory leak issue that has a negative impact on framerate after playing for a certain amount of time, or loading high-texture or high-usage zones (Atlas Park, Hamidon raids, Grandville, etc.).
Basically, after you zone out of one of these places, or just after playing through the game (loading many textures), framerate will drop to 5-10FPS.
I originally noticed this problem on Triumph directly after our last Hamidon raid. FPS went to hell once I zoned out of the Hive, which contained over 100 heroes, the Hamidon, many mitos, and many giant monsters.
This problem was also noticed by VoodooCompany on the Victory forums.

DC'd twice last night, both times after exiting a mish in PI, and trying to head to the next mish. In each case, Task Manager still showed the process running and chewing up CPU.
Lagging was VERY bad in PI, spent a lot of time staring at a frozen image of my toon flying through the zone.
Load times approaced 1 minute for these mish.
Had to downgrade video performance to get it to perform to pre-I8 standards.
I AM running on a geForce 6150, with only 1 gb RAM. This will shortly be remedied, hopefully that fixes the issue.
in addition to the other invisable items mentioned....the shipwreck (pirate) in northern nerva is also missing...

Something else I noticed with the Trenchcoat color selection with regards to SG mode. No matter what you do you end up with the SG's secondary color as the inside of the trenchcoat. I can't figure out a way to get around that except by not running in SG mode

If you have an outfit with a cape you canswitch to that and set colors of interior cape to normal colors.Then when switching back to trenchcoat the color will be the original again.Not the greatest workaround but lets you run in SG mode at least while retaining your original interior color.

Getting the same problem, which is really annoying because I would like to get that badge.

this is a huge bug as far as I'm concerned - sound loop and getting kicked out of game - happens on every new issue, but didn't on i8 until this past Sunday when servers where unavailble, they come back up and now getting kicked off all the time.
As far as what I have seen. New Random crashes severe lag of course and a lot of mission maps with holes in them. COV side 1st mission from Angelo Vendetti the Kindap Archon Winters mission. My minions get just disappearing. Turns out they were falling and ending up elsewhere on the map. THen the guards around Winters did the same thing luckily my minions fell through the same hole and I was able to find where the mob went. Then even Winters disappeared. The mish was comical at best trying to find where people kept popping out. Luckily I play with a fun group or people and we did find it Comical but annoying. Then the Willie Wheeler plant bugs in Arachnos base mission had a bomb that didn't exist. Sent petition. No response. Had freinds come into mission and they also could not find it. So I had them stay on team and reset the mission to try to spawn a different map and get new bombs, That worked and I completed the mission. 36 hours later support responds and they responded by marking every mission my character had in his mission list as completed. Including the Slag Reaper badge mission I was saving for my SG to run. So the bugs don't end at the devs. Supoort is bugged and they won't reset the badge mission for me that they cleared without being asked.

I get a LOT of slowdown with I8... Mostly in teamed missions and on city maps. Solo missions are OK. On the city maps I get 30-40 frames and it dips down to 5-10 very frequently. During teamed missions.. its terrible! Its like a slideshow really... I get a lot of rubber banding as well.. something needs to be done.
My specs are:
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
GeForce 4 6800 GT 256 MB Video card
2 Gigs of DDR RAM
35 GB Raptor 10000 RPM Hard Drive
Audigy 2 soundblaster card
The lag was never a problem in previous issues for me... It was GREAT before I8.. now it is HORRIBLE. I've run many maitenence checks and virus/spyware scans of my computer.. its in great shape. All my other games run perfect.. but CoX runs really bad now. So bad to the point where I actually am posting for the first time!
I love the support here and im sure something will get done.. so im not too worried.

If you'll notice you usually can't change wing colors back to normal colors in the SG mode screen because the wings are gone. To temporarily fix it, go to icon and open a tailor window, then cancel out of it. Now your SG mode screen will have the wings option so you can change colors again.
I also noticed group invis did not turn my wings invis. And even cooler, when I switched to Nova form only my tentacles were visible. (peacebringer)
Does anyone know if they are looking into fixing the progress indicators for SG Badges? We /bugged that a few weeks ago while working towards the 2nd SG Heal Badge. We was at 96% of the badge and then >>POOF!<< it was like we hadn't made any progress at all. QA said that the indicator was broke but that we was still making progress towards the badge.
Also, (and I don't know if this has been mentioned yet), I /bugged a negative-image issue in the Christmas Event where if any of your group stays outside the cave IN the mission, the world around your character goes to a negative image. Pretty freaky looking. The problem auto-corrects when the remaining team members come back out of the ice caverns.
... and last but not least, some praise and a request:
- The "Winter Effects" for the Chalet in Pocket D and the door missions there is phenominal! I'm really glad to see the Devs working on something I've talked to Jack & Matt about since year 1. An excellent step in the right direction...
- Which leads me to ask, when are you going to add falling snow (in various degrees - Dungeon Siege: LoA had this to a science) and other weather effects, including snow landscapes like what you have in the door missions and at the Chalet?
Environmental effects and graphics help to make the game just as much as a good story line or playability. You got the birds finally... now I'm waiting on that jet to pass overhead above ceiling height occasionally, a rain storm, leaves turning colors in Fall, snow and a snowy landscape in Winter.
You guys are doing great! Keep it up!

Same here, kicked while I was adding comic book art to base.
Edit: Got into base via Vet Reward Base TP power; this may be the root of the problem. Getting into the base via FF base portal caused no issues.

Got kicked from base after entering through FF base portal; therefore, the Base TP vet power is not the culprit, and the previous kick bug still exists, to a varying degree.

This bug is even worse in Base Edit mode.
Scenario: played through one Malta mission, then joined some allies to finish the "Save Statesman" mission with Tyrant. Visited some coalition bases, then started editing my base.
When I opened up the Lighting section, the client actually froze, and I could not Alt-Tab out of the game to close it, because the desktop would not draw over the client. Had to restart my computer; this was a non-recoverable crash.
I suspect the memory leak was compounded by the many base elements drawn in the Edit mode (when you select and place items).
Edit: I could not see CPU or memory utilization, because the Task Manager also would not draw over the client.
stepping out of base portal in Founders Falls has put me directly inside the Donut shop without a way to escape. I had to get TP'd out
Added with the 12/7/06 patch to I8:
- Brute PPP powers generate 100% fury in PvP
- Bug with some missions where you fall into a near-bottomless pit upon entering.
- Tooltips no longer function
- Reintroduction of Webpage toggles in Options windows

New one I just found and repeated on 3 different machines. All with different Video Cards. The Place Arcano-Bomb in Circle Lair mission given by Unlockable contact Henri Dumont in Sharkhead Island will not load at all. Click the cave door get nice COV splash screen and locked. Having never done this mission before I can't say if I8 caused it or the most recent patch or what have you but it is definitely a problem. I didn't send that to the In game support as I don't want them marking all of my mission as complete again so I just dropped the mission on my own this time. After the recent patch a lot of my slowness has gone away except for larger teams. Lag now for a full team can be unplayable for me at times if we fight a large mob. This did not occur before I8.

Some mean ol' dev unplugged the Pain Field (arcane) in the base. It is no longer showing any animation and no longer does damage
