I started a Deadlands game the 1st month it came out and have been a fan ever since

I'm sure he'll still appear in Game and in special appearances. The Captain Mako character surely is owned by Cryptic. Note that Lord Recluse was the handle of Zeb Cook, who left Cryptic a long time ago and is now a dev on the Stargate MMO.

Other devs could come on as captain mako I suppose. I don't think anything will happen in game to the character of Mako, as much as he deserves a good bashing on teh noggin. =^.^= Captain Mako is one evil baddy in game. Ripping Scrapyarder to bitses, nasty.

Heh, I remember after Mako's introduction, he posted his Battlefield 2 handle. I checked out his stats. They were pretty noobtastic.
After seeing the work you'd been a part of in CoV, it became obvious you spent more time focusing on designing games than playing them, hehe. Were pretty active on the forums then, too. I liked that.

I was so excited to here that Zeb Cook and you were going to be working on CoV at Gencon, and have completely enjoyed your writing on the CoV side. Those arcs, though shorter then the CoH ones, were far more ingrossing. I have iritated many a PUG in the Isles as I delayed taking missions and what not to read all the clues and conversations.
You will be missed here. Although, I'm sure I'll be enjoying what ever thing you will be working on next.
