one problem though.. That pop up appeared as I exited a mission in a PvP zone, so I dismissed it immediately like I have the hundreds of other times I've entered a PvP zone, thinking it's the normal 'You're in a PvP zone' message.

1 Missions is pretty lame. Hope its just bugged and there is suppose to be more.

So, for those of us stuck at work for several more hours, what are we talking here? Black helicopters into Paragon? Free range PvP? Or is it just a copy world without all those pesky heroes? And lets talk about badges? Exploration, kill, history?

Someone please let me know. 5 more hours of work before I can try it out. All the excitement is going to make me wet myself, I can feel it.

Unless there is more hidden or to be added later in the day you get a Hat and a badge for doing a mission.

Im kinda dissapointed.. here i was hoping for a pvp event but all i got was an instanced mission on a boat, had to click 4 glowies and then mission complete.. free costume token, badge and a santa hat. thats it.. couldn't even use the hat on my wolf head...

At least in Cap Au Diable, all it is is - You do a mission, it takes you into a boat with longbow and presents. You go through, grab the presents, Kill longbow (optional) and you get rewarded.

And you're done.

There are two stocking items.

Meh (cool rewards though)...

I was hoping for something more like villains and heroes being able to freely visit eachother's zones (for present stealing/retrieving, no direct pvp of course) ... but that'd be a bit complex I imagine.

Because there are *TWO* costume items and both are named Stocking Cap. I missed this. One is the one I posted [and is old, i thought something was up] And the other is your santa hat.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy the badges/hat/mission (Jetpack, whatever I have fly). But the way they built it up in the e-mail I recieved made it seem like it was going to be much more interesting than go and click on 4 glowy boxes in the same ship instance you have seen 20+ times. Of course maybe they will be adding something else everyday from here on out. Maybe there was suppose to be more but it is bugged. Maybe we expected to much after reading the e-mail. Here's hoping it gets better as the days go on
