Has it not occurred to you that developerspeak has nothing at all to do with what a reasonable person would consider to be "truthful". "No forced teaming" means two entirely different things in the speech of rational people and in developerspeak.

He didn't say how Ballista was changed. For all we know, he now drops toggles twice as often. Or toggle dropping was removed but his damage increased 10X so he'll one-shot you even with toggles.

Meh. It's just Dogface being his usual self. Hardly worthy of Castle's time.

Frankly, Ballista isn't THAT huge a worry. I would expect to see you all more freaked out about Sea Witch than him. After all, she's the one with the AoE -Acc and constant interrupts around her, while all he can do is hit hard and drop a few toggles.

Shoot, I liked the toggle dropping; I'm used to it from PvP and it certainly made him more challenging. I thought it was a cool "feature" to allow AI to toggle drop, almost as a taste of what players can expect in PvP. Oh well, kudos still to the devs for demonstrating that constructive feedback works.

This is something that (in my perception, at least) has been rare lately, so let me be one of the first to say:

Thank you. Both for listening to our feedback and for acting on it.

Now, because I'm a player and never happy with what I'm given , can you give us a little hint as to how Ballista was changed? Did you reduce the magnitude of the toggle-drop (number of toggles affected), or the chance that a toggle-drop would occur? Did you change the powers available to Ballista or the frequency with which the "worst" powers were used? And are these changes specific to Ballista, or do they affect other similar PvE opponents (if there are any), and do they affect player toggle-drop powers in PvP or PvE?
