I need a good human form ranged PB build with regular IO's... can anyone help me?
Heres my first Peacebringer build I don't know how good it is because this is my first PB tri-form build I have ever made. I learned that the slotting is essential in a Tri-form build.
Please tell me what you think.

nope. it's the "good" part that's the problem. Human PB ranged attacks suck. If you want to go ranged, go with a build that uses Nova.
I'd like to see an issue 13 PB/WS guide. I've heard there were some major changes (positive too!) and I'm thinking about knocking the dust off my 32PB. If there's already one out there please disregard. Thanks.

Agreed ... I just started a PB and a WS recently and the info seems to be a bit out of date ... for instance I just followed a link to a February 12 2008 Patch note that says bonus quantum damage is no longer irresistable ?!? Ok .. so what is is resisted as? Is this resistance enhanceable?
The Quantum/Void damage used to be Nictus damage (unresistable). It was changed to Negative Energy damage, which you get two powers to resist.
Those two powers are Incandescence/Absorption and Quantum Shield/Twilight Shield. You also gain negative energy resistance, among other kinds, in the tier nine power (Light Form/Eclipse). Of course, you also gain resistance to through the inherent if you have the right teammates nearby. The resistance in the inherent is not enhanceable, but the other two are, though I'd only recommend enhancing the shield and not the passive.

I have a feeling this is not going to be quick, any way to get the links to work again? I am working on a Warshade and trying to figure out how I want to make it to match my play style.

I'd need a recent guide too for PB. I just started one and I feel im going all over the place with it. I hope the forums links work soon.

I just came back to the game after about 100 days away (i13) and jsut started playing Pilou, my Peacebringer again, so after I play with him a while I may update my guide from the original list.
I'm currently running lvl50++ SOs and lots of HOs, so it's going to be a lot of work playing with and testing IOs and sets. I'm not rich enough for purples, so some of the info may be theroetical only.
anyone with pointers on how to update my guide is welcome to PM me.
