I'll second this proposal, but would update it to i21 standards. Yes, the MFing Warshades are quite Billy Bad***, but sometimes you just want to see, or show-off your character's costumes while attacking.

Can someone make a comprehensive I21 Human/Dwarf build WS guide. I play one and im kinda stuck with what I should slot for and get in terms of IO sets. Not to mention where I should put my slots and which powers to skip/take. I would like to be survivable solo as that's what my majority of time is but im not afraid to team.

Yep im a werewolf, I fight crime and I enjoy what I do.

best way to be survivable solo is yto up the mob count for mires. play at -1x8 and see if it helps
