I'm taking it the other way. My dark melee scrapper with midnight grasp and tenebrous tentacles (soon) will be running around unleashing tentacles everywhere in a schoolgirl uniform. I'll fight evil with irony, I will.

Yes, actually I did - but discovered that it's rechargable battery stopped holding a charge too late.

You can streatch the chest from narrow to wide. Shoulders narrow/wide. Arms narrow/wide. Hips narrow/wide. Legs short/tall. And women chest from small to Pamala Anderson 
The face can be streatch from wide to narrow and also tall to short.
Each "slider" is seperate from each other.

On the face (if I can still remember) you can adjust in the X, Y, or Z axis the:
over all face
the eyes
the nose
the chin
the cheeks
some others...
was there a slider for costume parts? for example making the chest logo bigger? or making the shoulder pads bigger/smaller?

I beleive I shared what I could:
* Villans get minions, deisng your own thugs kinda thing
* Dozens of new costume options
* How villians interact with in Paragon City is unsolved
* Villians have 4 AT's with unique powersets
* Newer (better?) zones for CoV
* Probably forgetting some...
