Arctic Avengers

This is an all ice SG. members must have ice as primary or secondary power set. Controllers will be accepted with storm summoning as secondary set.

There is no website or voice chat at this time. Depending on membership and interest that may come later.

The concept of this SG is based in Silver age comics. I will be working on a SG uniform over the weekend, i will ask that members wear their uniforms when teaming with other members.

Rules--- Act like an adult.
1. racial, anti-[censored], or otherwise off color comments and jokes wont be tolerated.

2. Respect others opinions, you dont have to agree.

3. This is City of Heroes... play as such. be willing to help others.

4. in regards to PLing, i am not against it and am willing to PL. I do ask that PLing is not asked for. It will be offered, and will be given on a first come first serve basis. I want members to play their toons and learn their powers, this is not Arctic powerleveled noobs. I will also be setting aside a night for PvP training, practice etc...

5. Im the last person that should be setting down rules, so ill end the list here. all i ask is for you to be cool.

since returning to CoH i have a renewed interest in my ice blaster.. i have also created an ice tank and troller. I will be playing these toons exclusively. SB has been retired and will only be brought out to raise funds if needed.
